Very useful video presented in a limited time by highlighting the basics of SCRUM in a simple manner. Only thing which was missing is she did not mention the timelines for sprint planning, sprint review and retro. Also somemore insights could be shared on story points. Otherwise excellent video.

Hi Ogaga, your videos are really a saviour! Can you please make a video on tips for beginner project managers? I'm going to step into my first project manager role and have no prior training in it. It will come in handy for me to prepare myself better for the role.

Sure, I have a video on what to do on your first day as a PM. Check it out. I've also noted your suggestion for future content. You're going to do great in your new role.

    Hi Ogaga Johnson
Can you please make a video about the daily activities of a PMO analyst or PMO officer/coordinator?. I am currently studying for my masters in Applied Project management and looking to break into the Project management field and I know that the role of a Project manager is a reach so positions available for beginners might be in PMO.

Hello! As a scrum master do you think it’s necessary to know any coding or querying languages? If so which one is the most helpful for this role?

Hello Ogaga, nice video. However, in the 2021 scrum guide, sprint planning can last for two months with a maximum time frame of eight hours. Can you clarify on why you suggested two weeks for sprint planning. Also they product backlog was changed that no item is assumed more important than yhe other, developers decide on what to work on till it gets to reasonable increment and meets the company's definition of done. Maybe i'm missing it up, but q clarification will be highly appreciated. By the way, you hair is lovely

Great questions. First, there are various scrum guides by various Scrum bodies such as scrum.org, scrum alliance, and scrum study.
With regards to the 2 weeks statement, it's the Sprint, not just the sprint planning event. I was saying that there are various durations, but 2 weeks is the typical length for a sprint. For backlog, it's an ordered list. The value perception and priority are important.
Finally, there are different scrum bodies, and they have their own version of the Scrum guide or SBOK. I know Scrum.org has a scrum guide, and the latest version is 2020, check it out here: www.scrum.org/resources/scrum-guide
P.s. You can share the scrum guide you're referencing with me, and we can dig in further.
      Hope this helps.
