    Hi Rosie,
Firstly, congratulations on your expanding family! I really enjoy your videos on singing and the body connection, and your relation of the two with Yoga is very helpful. May I request that you produce a video on engagement of the Pelvic Floor in relation to Support? There are some that advocate (and insist) that drawing the PF muscles inward is the only appropriate way to engage the Pelvic Floor, but in my understanding of the singing process, any activity that draws muscles inward, speeds the rise of the Diaphragm. Again, congratulations and thanks for your consideration. Be well.

Thanks so much! Glad you enjoy the channel. This is a great topic to explore. You're correct as the pelvic floor has attachments to the diaphragm and they work in tandem when we breathe. The pelvic floor is a muscle of exhalation so in order to control the rate at which the diaphragm rises, we need to understand the amount of engagement in this muscle group. Which some people will call support! If you search 'pelvic floor' and 'support' on my channel, you'll likely find some useful content, but I'll add a more specific one to my list to record 😊 Thank you!

Wondeful! I'm not a singer by any stretch of the imagination, but these are so healing for the neck tension i have carried so long. I'm adding your hip release exercises also. Many thanks from a new subscriber.

I'm so glad you enjoyed them! Although I'm a singer, plenty of the content on the channel can be practised by anyone. Enjoy!
