    8:40 This one gave me that spine shiver/head tingle feeling, in a good way!

    I'm not a singer but I struggle with high muscle tension, among others in my jaw (and hips, shout-out to another one of your videos) - and this feels lovely. Thank you! ❤

    This is going into my warmup routine... Usually I'd have to do several scales, and start to push to unlock my scream..but right after this...BOOM, and and it was effortless. 🤘🙏

      This is SO great to hear! Often vocally we don't need to much of a traditional 'warm up', a bit of movement and freedom is all we need. See how you feel on the day and always do what your body needs rather than just going through the motions ☺️

    Wow!! Thank you so much for sharing this. So can I do this as many times a day as I want or just once a day?

    • @VoxYoga
      @VoxYoga  ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm glad you enjoyed it! I would listen to your body. I'll often do it once but take small movements throughout the day (eg. Larynx wobble) if I feel I need to 😊

    Whenever I do neck circles, my neck cracks a bunch. I was wondering what I can do about this. I do neck circles often because my neck just feels like I should. Maybe I have a posture problem? Thanks for the great video Mrs. Rosie, I hope you can give me an answer

    • @VoxYoga
      @VoxYoga  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! Well, we say that clicks and cracks are normal if there's no pain. My hips often click first thing in the morning, then after some movement they're fine. If there is any discomfort or it is excessive, I'd advise going to a physio/osteo...it may be good to get checked out anyway!
