    12ish. Some devices are ok with direct, some are not. I run my routers and stuff off direct float of 13.4v. But for hard drives (ATX spec), I will run those through a buck-boost.
    Most devices internally regulate their 12v input down anyways. You can kind of tell by looking at the input capacitor's max rating and the regulator IC.
    Also instead of xt60s, lever connectors with ferrules are kind of convenient.

    best,safe and easy way is USB Type C PD To 12V dc cable. last trick is not great for 12v router.
