Jeez man, my R6 makes around 110hp and it pulls like a freight train so i can't even imagine how it feels to have one of these at wide open throttle. These Kawis are no joke.

You should ride a CBR1000RR with a full exhaust and tune. The 600 feels slow compared to the liter bikes.

Don't compared liter bikes to these 600. In the 600s class the zx6 were definitely the fastest. Honestly i love 600 more than 1000. It's easier in corner compared to 1000!
130 to the wheel is actually amazing, close to the stock WHP of '06-'07 CBR1000RR and even closer to the '04-'05 models. Pretty cool that you can almost get the power of a 1000cc that can still be seen being rode in public out of a 636cc
You’re not lying that’s 750 power and Ducatis 959 makes that stock “i know it’s not apples to apples” but god damn that’s alot of power for a 600

Great info and really inspiring to get the new ZX6R. That improvement on the midrange is very useable for the streets. It will also be better for cornering faster on the track, point-and-shoot mid-corner and just blast out of corner exits.

The short velocity stacks will make total sense with the extended rev range, I've always hit the rev limiter on bikes that make peak power close to the limiter, losing the vital bike lengths you've just gained. Great developments for the 636 so far 👍

Can you do a dyno with 2023 cams?
When I looked at the map it all make sense, I remember in 3rd gear when it’s full throttle at high rpm the computer is only giving maybe 35%, in 1st it was worse like 14%
From my comment in the previous 6R video, I was wondering what the powercurve and AFR look like when you just run with the stock headers only, open headers essentially and stock stacks, stock air filter.
For the track use, a cheap solution are the stacks from ZX6R (600cc) 2009-2012 model. I've put them in my ZX6R 2019 for the track use, and great results on dyno after re-flash of ECU with Woolich. Here are the results i.imgur.com/qPWSJK7.jpg

But now the the new cams are also making more top end power than was possible with the previous get bikes, explain please?
@@AJTalksand y’all gotta remember this goes for car engines as well, when you have to restrict the engine for emissions and you do modifications to offset that, when you remove these restrictions and tune for it correctly the gains are much higher. For example the euro 5 Ducati V4s make 175-185whp stock while the older euro 4 bikes make 180- low 190s in some cases, the second you do an exhaust and a good tune, they both will make 200whp without much fuss. But when a brand like Kawasaki actually changes internals to keep performance the same or close, it’ll outperform the older engine just because they’ve had to restrict then turn around and figure out way to make more power lmfao

The new cams with short stacks, like ours, make slightly more everywhere than the 19-23s.

What's the speedo indicated top speed at the rev limiter?
V stacks are lil mushroom tipped cones that sit on top of your intake..Like other parts they help decide how air flows which increases and decreases hp/tq at different parts of the rpm range..

I'm sure you could, but if you're going to go through that effort you might as well just do a full supersport build and end up with 135WHP like the race package we offer.
I own a '23, Kawasaki 636 ZX6R. The ECU isn't flashed & no performance modifications. How would your '23 ECU Flash & modifications vs. the '24 636 ECU Flash & modifications outcomes be comparable?

So 122 is claimed stock hp. 20hp gain by installing a gp19 m4 full exhaust. Flash and custom tune.

I have my 2024 Zx6R and wanted to know if like 2023 exhaust systems fit this same bike or are the layout of the exhaust different or bolt patterns anything like that I need to look out for or order a specific 2024 exhaust?
The m4 website says their exhausts are compatible with 2009-2024 zx6r, which would mean any exhaust from other brands would also work on 2024 models. Double check but looks like its all good

Uncle Brock should be more specific. We clearly showed an extremely small loss in one small spot for a huge gain in a much larger spot.
The tune brings up the performance in the lost spots bringing it to basically similar performance
The offset creates more up top, if you tuned for regular stacks, you'd see a little increase across the whole range as opposed to a huge increase in just the high end, depends on what you're after
Can someone please tell me if more then likely a two bros racing exhaust that would fit a zx6r 2023 fit the 2024 literally called everyone in the industry including Kawasaki they do not even have a parts page for the 2024 yet. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm sure Kawasaki built these for the track, and aftermarket flashing, such as you do. Almost everyone at least installs a slip on.

The 19’-23’ are the exact same motor as the 24’ . Nothing changed accept esthetics. You’ll have the same power doing the same mods neither model gets more power than the other after tune and flash.

The air filter is a less than 1hp restriction.
