All I can say is: I have seen a small glimpse into what Nate, Nels and the guys at 2 wheel dynoworks have put into R&D for tuning, when Nate says "extensive" he is not kidding, very thorough work and masters at their craft. I am lucky to be close enough to be able to bring the bike to them but if you are not able to do that, I am confident that their mail in ECU option will be so close to ideal that unless you are ringing out every bit of the bike's ability on the track you would barely notice the difference. Thank you guys for all you do, and thank you for always doing stellar work, no matter what kind of bike.
I used to have a 20' Yamaha MT-10 that we bought brand new. It had a slight flat spot just off idle after applying some throttle. It wasn't that bad but it could be noticed by experienced riders. I didn't like that and got lucky enough to find 2Wheel Dynoworks to have them flash the ECU. They did a fantastic job and smoothing it out and just had a crisper throttle response along with increased HP throughout the range!
I feel like this is Moore mafia lol.. I had them tune my mt10 and it was flat down low and then slightly better higher up in the rpm's. Then driving around town the off idle and starting from a stop i had to rev the bike to get it moving vs the 2wdw tune is smooth and i can drive off the idle no matter needing to rev it to like 3-4
@@seneormoneybags can assure you it wasn’t Moore, got my bike tuned from him. Night and day difference! And no it wasn’t a placebo since I have times to prove
I'm busy with my own cheapo Chinese bike to work on the Delphi mt5 ECU. After placing a catfree exaust it wouldn't pull above 3000rpm. After some more fuel in open loop mode and setting the narrowband O2 sensor on max range for closed loop it runs like it did. For some exaust bangs. Now i'm making a new map for sparkadvance. It's all a lot of work but fun. Don't need a lot of power. I want it to not feel Euro 4 lean.
When people put out videos like this I can't help but think FAKE. Why are you afraid to call out whoever ruined such a simple setup like you described? Just say the name and if you're right hold your ground against the backlash from this mysterious tuner.
It's my ecu he's talking about. Definitely not fake. I sent it in after doing some post dyno runs. Believe me, I want to name this tuner so badly. He's big in the zx14 world.
You try tune a zx14 not even a zx14r by doing 1 flash my guy. You forget he asked you for you're logs and you specifically told him to lean you're bike out cause it was rich. Even though he knew better he did exactly what you asked for
Exactly! There's a ton here not being disclosed. Once the tuner being trashed responded with facts, this 🤡 deleted FB bash. Believe me, they're not going to name the tuner because hundreds gonna call BS on them.
Just bring the bike to you and have you do it on the dyno. Nels made my 14R absolutely unbelievably good over the mail in, especially in the low speed and rideability areas. I did mail in with you first as a band aid on the terrible stock tune and when the weather got better, ride to the dyno.
I've seen a few of these videos and it feels like you're trying to prove something. Let your work do the talking, don't just make videos about other tuners and bash them without naming them and being open to debate them. The way you do that is just distasteful. You claim to put a lot of work and spend a lot of time in your R&D, let that alone make all the noise, it should be reflected in the results you get and that will then be reflected in your reputation. Be graceful instead of bitter.
Lol nah. I noticed their ecu tunes are a bit more expensive. It's definitely for a reason. I notice other big ecu tuners try too hard to sell you off of just putting energy into their videos and tuning one system. This guy and 2wheel keeps it real.
Not saying your wrong, but I've watched a lot of his videos and wondering how you came to think his tuning doesn't work. He shows what he changes on most of the videos and documents before and after. Why would he make major improvements on the the video bikes and just throw garbage on one's that get mailed in.
Exactly. That's what I can't understand. I watch every video he puts out and he shows everything he changes including the fuel tables and the final AFR's. I can't believe that off camera he would do something like this. Very disheartening if it's him. Now the owner of THIS particular ECU and bike says in this case it wasn't Moore, but I know for a fact that in some of these videos he is talking about Moore Mafia.
You forget the customer left out that he asked this tuner to lean out the bike because his bike was rich. He also declined the logs to the tuner so he could dial it in better. Also tuner is states away, alot left to the story
Don't apologize just speak the truth. Those that can't take it will always find things to complain about.
sounds like lazy and stupid adjustments.

I think the previous mapper was the same guy that colored in C all the way down the tests in high school.
I mean that will usually result in several correct answers.
