    One unforeseen benefit was opening eyes during the second exercise to find my cat staring at me, wide eyed midstride, like I was channeling some sort of spirit. Cats wondering wtf...priceless.

    This was very beautiful and strong. Thank you! I cried during the first exercise, the RIVER of tears was falling off my face. I observe that with each lesson I start to be more and more sensitive and the topics of the lessons one by one create parellel of my current life events, which is interesting...

    The first time I did this I couldn't do the entire set but this second time around I did it. I love the prayer you say at the end.

    Perfect timing falling right in line with the healing process and part of the journey opening my heart this took tightness and stress off the heart centre and opens it 🙏❤️💫❤️

    I did this exercise this morning, 2 hours before my Toefl exam. I scored a full mark in both the reading and listening section! Thank you for taking my nerves away1

    i usually find it very hard to keep going when my body hurts, but by concentrating on "HAR" and the actual feeling of the pain, it was much easier to endure it.

    Wow. I figured today would just be sitting and chanting, but I feel so amazing. I wondered how this was going to help my body change, but I looked at my watch and 62 calories were burned just by doing this. My fave so far! I'm so glad I found you! ❤

    I did this class yesterday (I'm in che challenge) and it was very relaxing, I really enjoyed doing the visualization of the river. I always feel better after the classes. I practised other kinds of yoga before but I found kundalini yoga the most interesting

    The haedest part of this was the har 😂 but it was fun, felt like a kitten purring. I love that line "the place where everything is fine" i think i will dp this for 40 days and see what happens (besides having huge deltoids) 😂 thank you and sat nam! Youre a beautiful soul!

    So interesting, last night in my dream a woman had to get across a street to follow her husband and the water was up to her chest and she had a piece of luggage that was broken and all the water was getting in and she struggled to get across...the husband was so mean, his luggage was fine and he said to her without helping her, well what did you expect, its your fault (talking about the rib in her luggage)...anyway when I woke from the dream and recorded it real quick I called the water a river, but like a narrow river that ran across the street. Interesting. Thank you for this.

      Sat nam Ji, I don't have the exact name as I am travelling at the moment. It is on yogi Ji library of teachings... If you search under stress you will find it.

    Do you advise to make 3 min. or 7min each meditation.Can we change time according to how we feel?

      You can start of with 3 min, but if you feel comfortable you can definitely increase the time.

    I got frustrated during the first exercise and let out a long groan, which helped.
    I cannot pronounce the letter "r" and say "hala" instead, hitting my tongue against the roof of the mouth. Is that alright.

    Hello when I do this one my nose dissapears some way in so I can no longer focus on the end of it but still my eyes are in the focus where it was is this okay? And on the second practice my head starts shaking like there's energy running up into it then it seems to release into where my third eye would be is this okay why is this? Thank you!

      Naomi Bella Sat Nam, these are all sensations you are becoming aware of as you progress with the practice. We all experience in different ways. Just ease into it. And If it feels uncomfortable you can stop. M
