  • This Mango Coconut Chia Pudding is an easy, healthy dessert, snack or breakfast!
    Mango & Coconut Chia Pudding
    Recipe
    1 Cup of Coconut Milk
    2 tbsp of Honey/Maple Syrup
    2 tbsp Chia seeds
    Chopped Mangoes
    Some Chopped Almonds & Pistachios
    * Mix in the chia seeds with coconut milk and
    Honey or Maple syrup and refrigerate for 4-6 hrs or overnight.
    * Chop sweet ripe mangoes
    * Layer them
    Garnish with fresh mangoes and chopped nuts
