I am finding it easier and easier to create policy documents after having created my first one several months ago. Now I use the same concepts for creating ones for renting out my empty driveway to condo neighbors who have two cars... Its been great to have my expectations all written down and easy to hand off to someone. Also, I think the best advice you have given, Angela ,is to zero in on WHERE you want to work or WHO you want to work for as in pick them first and likely you get to work close to home or with great people and BOOM your life is kept simple. .

I made a mistake on my proposal for a great dental office. I forgot to type in how many times a week and that made everything spiral down for the worst. I was so nervous that we were both confused. He never called me back. I wish I had came across this before I did my first proposal.
