Did you follow the recipe exactly? I used baking parchment not wax paper....that may be why it's sticking. Parchment paper is non-stick. If you used parchment paper, did you let the titiyas cook for 2 minutes then flip? Hope this helps!
Don't think mine lasted past two days, but I do keep leftovers for many days!! I think it will be fine. If it were me, and it smells good and isn't slimy, I'd eat it. :-)
