Another reason why I belive the Pattaya station, for the new highspeed rail, Suvarnabhumi-UTAPAO, Will be located at the present Ban huai kwang, location. It wil also be build and operated by CP.
I’ve been searching for an actual location of ICONSIAM in Jomtien but never found a definitive answer.

Often it is listed with both a salesprice and a rentalprice, around 35-50b sqm/maint
