WOW! Fantastic condos.
Pity out of my price range but the first 2 bedder would be perfect for my needs.
Beach front! Pretty rare and hard to find.
Seems on baht bus route too. Although, if you can afford to buy there, doubt baht bus access would be high on your list of priorities.
I also like the clean slate colour schemes throughout.
If I could do something like that in say the 3 small, cheap condos you showed a while ago in Jomtien by the pool.......Hmmmmmm. Food for thought.

Yeah stunning for sure and price per sqm is very good compared to most new buildings where 35 sqm is normal for a one bedroom apartment

Manu said there are one bedroom apartments in La Royal but they currently don’t have any available, it’s definitely a great place 👍
Jason, I see there are a few fully furnished two bedroom units in la Royale for rent from 25-65,000 per month and 3 bedroom ones from 65-90,000 per month.
Nice spacious units in La Royale, shame about the afternoon western sun streaming over the balcony into the units.

Yeah I hear you, at least the pool at the building does, just not at the pool on the beach
why dont thailand condos have dryers in the units with washing machines? or are they the type that wash and then dry the clothes. probably the one thing that would keep me from moving there is drying clothes on the balcony like immigrants in brooklyn circa 1895
Some do mate but to be honest, I was my clothes and put them on a drying rack inside the apartment and when I come home at the end of the day they are dry, just the heat does the drying 👍
