    I bought the 2016 Hyundai Tucson LImited after watching your video. I had a great test drive and I love my SUV! The LED headlights are fantastic! I test drove the Sport edition and the headlights are not as vibrant compared to the Limited. the night driving was a turn off for me with the sport but blew me away with the LIMITED. your video was very nicely detailed and helpful. I love the keyless entry, start up, and hands free trunk opening. SWEEET!!!! thank you so much for sharing. Your video makes shopping easier for us ladies who are intimated by blindly walking into a dealership without the right information. Your video helped me to be more knowledgeable about what I was looking for and made my purchase easier. thank you so much for sharing! :-) :-) :-) :-)

      here is Florida there is not a lot of up hill driving. I had friends in my car and a full trunk with groceries. pick up is no issue especially in Sport mode. I highly suggest the Hyundai Tucson series ! I had a Tuscon GLS 2013 which is comparable to the 2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport and I loved the car very much. it was time for an upgrade to the Limited version based on my choice. Test drive a model for yourself. if you, drive in evening time you can see the difference in the night time driving. Woe... What a HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! decide for yourself

      Hi Natalie, THANK YOU for your insight. I'd agree with you that its worth paying extra for better lights for night time driving. I was thinking of sport but wasn't aware of the difference, so seriously looking at the LIMITED now. Great insight and very helpful. Cheers

    I just got this car for $18000 last week and I love it. The gearbox delays a little on regular gas. I've mixed 87 and 93 (30 to 70% ratio) and that fixed it.

    Just got one new Hyundai Tucson. Great vehicle.
    I wish this car also had a navigation system, a remote starter too.

    One important thing not mentioned is the 100,000 mile warranty! We bought the 2013 model (new 3yrs ago) and love it. Have had no problems. The ride for up front passenger side can be a bit bumpy due to very tight suspension. Recommend the leather seats for durability and ease of cleaning. They are perforated too.

    at around 9:00 you mention there is no sunroof. Is that because it is the sport version? because we have the 2.0L one and it has sunroof.

    Your friend went from Merc S-Class to Hyundai EQUINOX? Ima guess it wasn't the Chevy Equinox and that you meant the Hyundai Equus (to be called Genesis G90 when the all new one reaches roads next month, next quarter in the US..)
    I'm just yanking your chain... Great review, thorough and informative. I was thinking about a Mercedes Benz GLA or BMW X3 for the wifey...but given how quickly the prices balloon with the Germans, I'm actually considering the Tucson/Kia Sportage or a Mazda 5 (leaning to the Tucson). I have never owned a Hyundai before...so this might be my first Hyundai purchase...we'll see

    Hi John,
    I really liked the video. My friend loves cars and technology a lot. I told her about reviews of cars like yours, and she was wondering how it's possible to get a job like that? Thank you so much! - Kailyn

    what about snow & ice? I have the Elantra and even though it has front defrosters I could heat her up for half an hour till the window was steaming hot & still have to chisel the ice from the wiper bay. That really sucks if you live up north & have winter for 6-7 months. all these reviews from folks in warm climates. & what is the ground clearance with passengers? Important details always left out.

    Good in-depth review but a bit tiresome... and not because of its long duration.

    Looks very good. Have you tested the Mazda CX-5? I like that car also. I hear this suv has the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) what do you think of the DCT? My co-worker didn't like a DCT that was in his old car. So between this Tucson and the CX-5 which do you like?

      +7 inch soldier Both are top of class in this group. It comes down to seat-of-pants test driving & deciding which one appeals more to YOU. For me, the Mazda has a bit too much feminine lure, so I'm leaning towards the Tucson.

    • @WerWarsWarum
      @WerWarsWarum 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +7 inch soldier and Iam 100% with the new cx5. 7inch screen which is also "small" more lether and softouch, it looks more qualitty etc. but as coupydog wrote > it need to fit to your opinion

    • @7inchsoldier397
      @7inchsoldier397 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      This looks a little better to me, but I think I like the auto tranny in the Mazda over the DCT in this. Plus no turbo on the CX5 that can break.

      I was looking at the CX-5 too. didn't test drive it yet, but also a great car. I prefer the look of the Hyundai by a small margin...but it's going to be close. I think the better warranty on the Hyundai might be the deciding factor...

    Nice review but not much detail about ride quality and handling. Review highlights a lot pros about the vehicle and i love the exterior but what about the cons. no vehicle is perfect and frankly the interior while functional appears very bland.

    Too much plastic for a vehicle that cost over$28,000 dollars.

    • @alexandergoldman
      @alexandergoldman 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      sure, but it's all planned. Year 2 or Year 3 will have more of the soft touch materials. Most auto makers add this in later years to keep sales consistent and to add value in future models of the same vehicle.
