I have had a 2016 Limited Tucson for about 9 months now. Me and my wife Love it. Its the fastest and most fuel efficient than all others in its class. The panoramic roof spans the entire roof line and cooled seats are great someone who runs hot like me.
How was your 2016 limited tucson today? Planning to buy that model.

@@arminrobles2421mine has had lots of issues since we bought it. Short block at 60k, cv joints at 80k and now transmission is slipping at 88k
@@devynyates1929017, 1.6 turbo, great economy on regular gas, nice pep when I need it on the highway, the things I don't like about it are minor design issues like the car lighter power shuts off when the car is shut off, and the interior dome lamp buttons don't illuminate so at night I have to shuffle a bit to find the button, but the panoramic sunroof out shines those minor drawbacks.
I've been watching the 2016 Hyundai TucsonYou Tube videos for the past 3-4 months now and can honestly say this one is the best I've seen out of the many that I've watched. Indepth, well laid out and excellent presentation.

I'm this SUV segment, Tuscon is by far the best looking SUV in the market of right now. HUGE improvement on their design. Honda, Toyota and the rest looks like a old folks cars out dated and not pleasing to the eyes. I'm planning to get this in white with the panoramic roof. sexy SUV
Bought one of this, 1.6t, and I'm loving it. Very fun to drive.
Granted this video was 4 years ago, this is a perfect video for those looking to buy the vehicle and not the trash talking and berating I hear on most others (because it doesn't fit what "they" want of a car). It is 2020 and I am buying this specific model to replace a vehicle I lost in an accident and having this kind of review has cemented my decision... the only thing missing was the towing capability

this is the handsomest Hyundai i've ever seen. It even look better than Nissan Rogue or Honda CRV.

It does look better than the CRV. CRV is just ugly as F, and just boring compared to the Tucson.
I can appreciate the "smart" lift gate option. I would rather have the vehicle sense the key fob and open the lift gate after a few seconds than try and balance myself on one leg and lift the other while my hands are full. The balancing act is not easy for everyone.

I've had my 2016 Tucson for a year now and absolutely love it. I love how it drives and the turbo, lots of power. It handles well, very agile on the road and very comfortable. I get compliments on it all the time. Very happy I bought this.
I bought a 2006 Hyundai Tucson Limited back then and still lovin' it. Love the reclining back seat whenever I sit back there which make for a more comfortable ride.
I'm really impressed by this new Tucson; the last generation was a light harsh-riding cheap-feeling joke, this one looks completely refined!

I am looking at maybe getting one of these this fall just after the 2017s come out.
Strangely, the interior design is much better here than in the recently-redesigned Sonata and Genesis. A very impressive crossover. Hyundai sedans look to have taken a step back, but this Tucson takes a large step forward in its class.
You forgot to mention the dual level cargo floor. Awesome videos. Keep it up

I want! Saw it in person at my local Hyundai dealership...super nice. Only gripe is that the front passenger window isn't fully automatic like the drivers side window. Other than that it's perfect.
Nice review. I'm buying a used 2016 this week and am looking forward to all the bells and whistles it has. I'm coming out of a much less equipped 10 year old crossover but its a V6. This Limited is definitely an upgrade for me. Thanks for all the details.

at this point i dunno....just when you test drive it make sure you do everything that you would when you drive... punch it hard....park it in a tight spot.....you might like what it does.... i dont and alot of other people are making the same complaints about it.....good luck!!

Differences between this and my Winter White Eco
1. My '16 is white
2. The key fob is different and there's no sunroof
3. There is no push button ignition on my 16
4. The wheels are different
5. The trunk button doesn't work on my key fob
I'm glad this one has a back-up camera just like my Eco!
Hyundai sure has come a long way, it's funny to think back to the Excel!
I am wondering why the gas pedal clicking is not mentioned. The clickdown mechanism: "Use the kickdown mechanism for
maximum acceleration. Depress the
accelerator pedal beyond the pressure
point. The automatic transmission will
shift to a lower gear depending on the
engine speed."
This is common on higher end/European cars. Most late model Audi/BMW/Mercedes vehicles have this too. A nice feature, because the computer doesn't have to guess when you want the transmission to kickdown 1 or 2 gears, or when you just want to accelerate ahead of somebody without any drama. I like it

2015 BMW 7 series plz
Please, especially on Limited versions, PLEASE put some bright trim or accent pieces to dress up that stark black leather interior? This (door panels, especially) isn't even up2 the standards of Elantras, Sonatas, etc. which all have accenting trim inside. At minimum, those door handle surrounds should match w/bright trim like on A/C vents, where they meet up with the doors. At $32-$35k, I expect this from the factory, rather than shopping e-bay 2buy all these pieces aftermarket!

Great video. I find the interior really underwhelming.
The first generation Tucson (2005-2009) is kinda slow with a cheap interior but is one of the most reliable vehicles i've ever owned (and everybody I know who owns or owned one can tell the same). I don't know about the second gen and this new one.
This car impressed me at last year's New York Auto Show when it was revealed. Kyle, you should review the new Ford Edge before long as that one is also great-looking like the new Tucson.

I think it looks really good
I have a little over 3500 miles on this car. I'm experiencing jerking issues as well as dashboard lighting problems. It feels like Im driving my old 94' Honda Accord at times because the car is slow. The dashboard light spikes up at random although I keep the lights on the lowest setting. I've never experienced this with my 14' Accent. It sucks because I'm stuck with a 5-year loan term. I don't see this car lasting that long without serious mechanical issues. I will be taking it back to Hyundai to see if they can fix the problem (something is telling me they won't be able to). Please consider your options before purchasing this vehicle! I have the basic model btw.

Not long ago my mom rented a 2017 Tucson since she crashed my sisters jeep and I loved it but my sisters had to take it since it was under their Insurance but loved it leather seating nice look Metallic black auto transmission and heated seats front to back sad I had to see it taken back to the Hyundai dealership
Edit: ps no push button start or keyless entry well keyless with the key ya but number 2 my sisters jeep is ok
All those features yet no cool auto folding wing mirrors option as in other markets, wonder why?

My mom has it as a rental and it's nice.
Over the years, ive met people who are motorheads and/or mechanics and they affirm that these korean cars lack power and still feel cheap. Personally i like the effort hyundai is doing, their cars look greater than ever, however, its still a fact that these cars have nice looking, yet cheap feeling interior. Ive yet to drive one, so i cant comment on power delivery on these cars.
Overall, great car for people looking for value, and that are probably changing cars in a few years.
+Kevin Diaz Heres the thing about Korean products. They look nice, have great features but are built like crap. This is true for not only their cars but their phones too. Until the Galaxy S6 Samsung phones were cheap plastic.
BTW power delivery is fine on these, got wheel spin on a 2.4 sonata i had as a rental.
+Jack S No wonder koreans make money. Build things like crap, make people think they are buying a quality product, and sell it to make a 300% profit.
And as I said, ive yet to drive a hyundai, so i cant confirm myself how is the power delivery on those cars.
