I started doing this 9-minute practice session, one year ago. I do it, 3 times per week. My energy is up. My mobility is up. I've lost some weight. My pain has been reduced by more than 50%. I feel the best I've felt, in 15 years. And when you live with RA, that is saying a lot. It's been a godsend!

    2. Push water to the side.
    3. Over the drum.
    4. Ball to the mountain.
    5. Ball to the valley.
    6. Circle the globe.
    7. Push from the shoulders.
    8. Push and pull.
    9. Clouds.
    10. Lotus flower closing.

Thank you for your gifts that you share so gently, with clarity, calmness, kindness, and peace. Your tai chi and qi gong practice instructional videos are so welcoming, gentle, clearly and calmly taught. Your method of teaching and teaching with affirmations is soulful. Thank you. I am in an excellent Taichi class but am looking for a video to follow at home. Thank you for your slow, simple, repedetive movements. Most of all, thank you for the mirror imaging. So often I get distracted with the right/left imagery challenge that most of the instructional videos fail to recognize. Your instruction allows me to focus on replicating your movements visually, your posture and breathing without having to sort out the left/right, right/left thing. Excellent!

    • @youtube-donfiore

As you shift the weight forward, the back leg is slightly bent - not locked into a completely straight position. There is always a gentle slight bend in the knees.

Thank you very much for this good video and explanations. I used to do Tai chi many years ago and then had to stop as my knees were hurting too much.
