    I alternate this routine with the 20 tai chi video. I'm on my 6th week in a row of 20-minute routines and so far Don's videos are my favorite as a beginner.

      Me too, these two are my absolute favourite. I love how Don does and explains them, the length is perfect and the scenery in the background so calming and peaceful. Thank you and your wife for creating these videos🙏❤️

    Been doing this video for over a year now, and it just gets better and better. At the beginning I couldn't quite get downward for the patting down the legs or the scooping up the Earth energy without sitting - now I can easily do both. And the feeling of calm energy - it's like I just meditated for 20 minutes. This seems so simple, and yet it is so profound, really. I've been telling everyone about it, and my sister does a group at her condo using this video and the Tai Chi one - people love it. Thank you Don and Victoria for giving this to us all.

    Once more I am adopting your forms. I have watched others and the movements seem sloppy, connections weak. I think once you learn from the best, there is no other. I go to a senior center and they have a class with forms of qigong and tai chi mixed with multiple groundings. It’s a chaotic 1 hr class with many breaks. 😮 is that a normal kind of class? I choose not to take this class as a pre-senior. I’m spoiled with your clear movements and instructions to breathe.😊 I am always powered by form and technique as I was in the military (soldier & cook)..became a massage therapist and am artistic…..that all smooths the road to tai chi and qigong. I am grateful 🙏🏽🙋🏻‍♀️👍🏽Mia

    Mr. Fiore my wife and I do enjoy your videos we have done the daily TaiChi for beginners and seniors and this one, have liked them both. Is there a natural progression to move forward to at some point that incorporates the basics into them? My wife said today, "I'm sweating," I don't want to move forward to quickly, this is the first time in 37 years she has exercised with me. I notice my palms get warm right away and when we did the exercises around my head I could feel my head get warm in a matter of seconds, is that Qi circulating? Thank you for putting these video's out on the net!

    • @youtube-donfiore
      @youtube-donfiore  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's normal to feel heat, and yes - some say that is the Chi circulating. The next step would be the Complete TAI CHI KUNG. You can find it on "Don Fiore's TH-cam Channel." Search that Channel on the Internet. Glad it's helpful.

    • @FreshfieldFitnessTaiChiActive
      @FreshfieldFitnessTaiChiActive 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, yes that sounds like you are right. Sometimes people feel warmth in the palms as Qi (life force energy) is being cultivated. Around the head this can be us absorbing Qi Energy from the Heaven Qi and stimulating the movement of Qi through and around the body - hope this is helpful ?

    This is such a wonderful video. I have Purchased it on Amazon so I will always have it available. I am very grateful to Don Fiore for making these videos. I do have a question about this one. Towards the end, when Rotating the Hands above the head. I cannot tell from the video - is this rotation Forward or Backward rotation? Thank you.

    After a long practice of chi kung, studying with a couple of teachers over the years, I found your work. Truly stupendous. I am really enjoying both your Tai Chi and Qigong videos. There is something magnificent about the flowing co-ordination that comes with Qigong and you have shown me many new 'moves'... Thank you so much. I incorporate some of this into my 'yoga' class for elders. Today I did this sitting down.. Completely lost in it.. as it should be. Namaste

It’s actually great for ppl w adhd and other issues like that. It kept me focused and I’m getting breathing down. I always used breathing techniques before but this was explained so well. The mirror imagining is needed. Thank u both so much for this sending love light and prayers ur way.
