I really really like this channel… I had Tai Chi lessons a while ago… I am familiar with many of those movements… the instructor I had at that time she had about 99% of these steps and I have to say I really like this instructor, he is doing the movements as he explains the movements… great class..

Thank you, I had a shoulder problem and whilst an injection did nothing, a few months of your daily routines here and on Amazon Prime have given me Full motion, will try and find classes when the world gets back to some normality

Tai Chi helps me to maintain my balance while standing and walking, and also exercises the muscles that are sometimes underused due to the disorder. It all comes together, to help me to stand without having to lean on anything, to do more yoga poses and take longer walks.
Been doing your other shows for five months now, and just today I saw this one, but no name on the side, so I tried it. Little harder than the others, but I like to get good at the movements. The chi is amazing. Thank you from Florida

Ive just found out your tai chi exercise n enjoyed it very much. But im confused between the difference of tai chi and qigong. Whats the difference ? and is it ok to do these two exercises one after the other simultaneously ? or they are different and should be done separatedly, maybe one in the morning and the other in the afternoon?
Qigong is often stretching & breathing. Tai Chi often has movement across the floor. Don does a simplified Tai Chi. Listen to your body. Some people do more than one practice - others just do one. Blessings & Peace
