      @@youtube-donfiore Certainly! I have a balance disorder, called Vestibular Migraine. Tai Chi helps me to maintain my balance while standing and walking, and also exercises the muscles that are sometimes underused due to the disorder. It all comes together, to help me to stand without having to lean on anything, to do more yoga poses and take longer walks.

    Ive just found out your tai chi exercise n enjoyed it very much. But im confused between the difference of tai chi and qigong. Whats the difference ? and is it ok to do these two exercises one after the other simultaneously ? or they are different and should be done separatedly, maybe one in the morning and the other in the afternoon?

      Qigong is often stretching & breathing. Tai Chi often has movement across the floor. Don does a simplified Tai Chi. Listen to your body. Some people do more than one practice - others just do one. Blessings & Peace

    It's really wonderful to have the mirror image instruction; thank you so much for that! Is this an established sequence that is used elsewhere, too? Just wondering if I should memorize it.

      This is a sequence especially designed for seniors. Some of my students have become teachers who are teaching it.

      @@youtube-donfiore I'm 56, but w/a metal rod in my spine, I've always had joint problems. I appreciate being able to "soften my joints" in a way that's more holistic than PT exercises. Thank you!
