    Prepping breakfast the night before helps me actually eat a nutritious breakfast instead of drinking another cup of coffee - so if you’re a mom - this is your sign to prep breakfast.

    Mango chia seed pudding
    Ingredients
    - 1 mango, diced
    - 1 cup milk of choice
    - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
    Toppings (optional): mango, raspberries, Greek yogurt, pistachios
    Instructions
    Blend mango (leave some aside for your toppings if you want) and milk together.
    Pour ingredients into a jar or container, add the chia seeds and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
    Refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours for the chia seed to swell and soften.
    Add toppings the next day. I used mango, raspberries, pistachios and Greek yogurt.
    Make sure to drink lots of extra water when you eat high fiber meals. This helps the fiber do it’s job in the digestive system and helps prevent bloating and gas.
    Chia seed benefits:
    - excellent source of fiber
    - helps keep you full for longer
    - Packed with omega-3’s, protein and other nutrients

    I love fruity Chia pudding for breakfast too. I just add more Joghurt 😋

    Do you have a video on low fiber meals? I have Gastroparesis and can only have a low fiber diet. This meal in the video looks tasty though!

    I thought chia seeds were bad for us in terms of digestion. Heard they cause constipation. Glad to see a nutritionist recommend them. Thank you.

      As chia seeds absorb water you should drink plenty of water when you take them.

      Nope lol only if you're an idiοt and eat them in massive amounts and/or dry. Soaked chia seeds help with constipation, actually

      You have to eat them correctly! You need to let them soak for at least a few hours and with anything higher in fiber, you HAVE to drink extra water.

    La realidad es q luego de comerlo te dará hambre muy rápido. No es lo ideal. A menos q vayas a dormir después d comerlo.

    A bit low on protein side, but I guess you can mix a scoop of protein powder with milk and mango, or just use RTD protein shake as a base, though its not very cost effective option, and there's already a blender being used
