    I agree on most of these, and the general idea, but I actually love the Vanilla Bean Halo Top. I count calories (most days) and using the Halo Top helps me stay within my goals. Some of the flavors are gross, but the vanilla is actually good, in my opinion. ❤

    Easy Healthy Weeknight Dinner that takes 15 minutes to make. 1 cup onions 3 garlic cloves 1/2 lb shrimp marinated with 1 tsp sesame oil and 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 cup frozen peas and carrots 2 cups cooked rice 1/3 cup soy sauce 4 eggs 1. Cook your rice according to package instructions. 2. ⁠Marinate your shrimp. 3. ⁠To a shallow pan, add some oil and cook your onion until translucent. Then add your garlic until fragrant. Add in your shrimp and cook for a few minutes until they are pink. Add in your frozen veggies and turn up the heat until the water has evaporated. 4. ⁠Add in the 2 cups cooked rice and mix. 5. Push over everything to the side and crack your eggs in the empty side. Cook them as you would scrambled eggs. Stir in the eggs with the shrimp fried rice mixture. 6. ⁠Top with sliced green onions and enjoy! #healthyweeknightdinner #easydinnerrecipe #healthydinneridea

    Easy Healthy Meal Prep Ideas Kafta 1 pound ground beef 80-85% lean 1 yellow onion, minced 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp coriander 1 tsp black pepper Salt to taste Place the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, spices in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix until well combined (you can also use a food processor for the onion, garlic, parsley and pulse then add to the meat and spices) Chia seed pudding: 6 tbsp chia seeds 
2 cups almond milk or milk of choice 1 tsp vanilla extract Orzo Salad: Dressing: olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice, oregano. I added black beans, orzo, red onion, cucumber, tomato, orzo, mixed greens & feta cheese

    There are 2 versions to making this. You can either have it as a slushy or a mocktail. - ½ cup pure tart cherry juice or frozen cherries (depending on if you want it as a slushy or drink) - 1 teaspoon magnesium powder - Flavored water or sparkling water Tart cherries contain melatonin, a natural sleep hormone. And magnesium helps with relaxation, brain health, mood, sleep, regularity. Magnesium does come in different forms: - Magnesium Oxide: Used for heartburn and indigestion - Magnesium Citrate: supports bowel movements (if you overdo it, it causes the laxative effect) - Magnesium Lactate: bone health - Magnesium Malate: helps with chronic pain - Magnesium Taurate: supports health of arteries (good for blood pressure and cardiovascular) also good for blood sugar levels - Magnesium L-Threonate: crosses blood-brain barrier and helps with anxiety, depression, mood, memory loss

    Salads do not have to be sad and boring. Add more to them to keep you full and satisfied and so you can actually enjoy them and look forward to eating them!     I made this recipe last year and I have been dreaming about it ever since. The ingredients are so simple and it takes less than 5 minutes to prep. And if you don’t want to wait the few hours to firm up, you can enjoy it as is as a pudding! block of soft tofu (I just use the one without the words “firm” on it) 2 tbsp cocoa powder (or chocolate collagen or chocolate protein powder) 1 tbsp maple syrup (you can omit if your chocolate powder is sweetened) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted Blend in a high speed blender and store in an airtight container. Top with fruit and nuts. #healthydessert #healthyrecipes

    Save this easy healthy dessert idea!🍦 How to make a balanced snack/meal: protein + fiber + healthy fats In this recipe: Yogurt = protein Berries = fiber Nut butter = healthy fats Feel free to add any other toppings you like. Some of my faves: Cocoa nibs, berries, almond butter, banana slices. Put in freezer until yogurt hardens (about an hour or 2) and enjoy❤️ Tip: if you like a creamier texture, thaw it out for about five minutes before enjoying!

    I’ve been seeing this all over my feed and I needed to try it! It’s easier to eat with a fork & knife but still delicious! Recipe: 2 slices sourdough bread 1 tbsp zaatar with enough olive oil to create a smooth and well-combined consistency Cottage cheese 2 hard boiled eggs Hot honey (warmed honey with red crushed pepper) Salt & pepper

    We cant afford chicken more then once a week! And when we do we all get maybe 100g per week as a family of 4.... Can you still eat healthy even without those fancy things like collagen powder and lots of meat?

    I have been trying to eat atleast 100 grams of protein per day (1 g/1 lb lean muscle) especially since I just started going back to the gym after a 6-week break. So for breakfast, I had 3 eggs (6 grams protein each) which are so easy and filling. Then I made a kefir smoothie as an easy way to get probiotics, fruit and a veggie in. Kefir is so so good for your gut so get on this if you have not tried it yet! I added 1 cup kefir, a scoop of collagen powder, frozen wild blueberries and a cucumber. If you like a sweeter smoothie make sure to add a banana or a couple dates. Lunch was Teriyaki chicken (grilled chicken breast + ready-made teriyaki sauce), and cooked frozen veggies - here I used Brussels sprouts + hearts of palm Snack was my 1 cup cottage cheese + honey + pumpkin seeds + diced apple + cinnamon. The best combo ever! Dinner was pumpkin protein pasta. Here is the recipe: 16 ounces pasta 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup onion 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, finely minced 1 cup pumpkin puree 1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan (optional) 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste 1 teaspoon paprika salt to taste black pepper to taste 1 cup reserved pasta water INSTRUCTIONS 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and then drain. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion until transparent and soft. Add garlic and cook until aromatic, 1 minute. 3. Add the pumpkin puree and mix together. Cook down the pumpkin puree for 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Add the reserved pasta water and mix until incorporated. Simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes. 5. Add in the cottage cheese and spices. 6. Blend all together until creamy. 7. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix to coat evenly. 8. Serve with parmesan on top (optional). Eye masks are the pumpkin retinol patches from @tonymoly.us_official (linked in my “links” highlight)

    Cottage cheese cookie dough never gets old. Have you tried it? 1 cup cottage cheese 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 cup maple syrup blend in a food processor until creamy & pour into a bowl. Then add: 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder you can melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and dip the cottage cheese mixture into the chocolate or you can just add the 1/2 cup chocolate chips as is into the mixture. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens and that’s it! This stores really well in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
