So guys i started today ill keep you guys updated 😄 Day 1 ✅ burned a lot guys i drank lots of water remeber diet is key also i did not eat much carbs and no soda im proud 😭😭 Day 2✅ did in the morning and was a bit sore from yesterday Day 3✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7✅ my core is stronger and its getting toned btw drink a lot of water
Week 2 was a lot easier but did it 2-3 times a day😭. RESULTS- Big notice in abs got tones and lost a lot of belly fat in my lower abdomen im so motivated to keep going so i might update when i finish a month of doing it Also TIPS and things i did to help -i drank lots of water right when i woke up i drank 2 cups of water - have a clean diet for the 2 weeks so do not drink soda and don’t eat lots of carbs as well as sweets

I love your core exercises. I think they are great to sustain the back low to build strength. No cheating. If they are too hard, you can’t hold core to do them properly. ✨✨✨Great burn thank you 🔥

Been like you for a long time, pick a lower body hiit workout and always stretch post workout if you want to avoid the bulky look, this is what worked the best for me. I also tried 500 jumping jacks a day for some time. Also try to eat healthy meanwhile, you’ll get there like I did 💪🏻
Girl first be happy with how u r cause everyone is unique and special in the way they are Here are amazing tips how I reduced my thigh fat 1. I stopped eating sugar ...strictly no sugar 2. Do not do Sprinting cause it will build muscle 3. Do leg stretch workout 4. Sleep early and wake up early 5.do cardio, not hiit , cause hiit will help loose weight and build muscle .....but cardio will focus on weight loss 6. I have done April han leg workout which helped me 7. Eat healthy 8. Be happy ..... Do squat pulses really burns your thighs 9. Please don't mind I wrote whatever I remembered and not in order 10.sleep before 9.30 wake up at 5 and do cardio Cardio before eating anything in the morning helps u the best Drink 3 cups of Green tea everyday....each cup 30min after meals Hope this helps
