Also I ended up doing a 10 min squat workout because I didn't wanna do this lol but I will tomorrow day 5: had a ball tournament all day so I didn't have time day 6: still exhausted lol. did a 10 min squat workout after this to make up loss time from yesterday day 7: wow I last did this 3 weeks ago.. im very disappointed in myself. today I had an awakening and id I wanna get better at vball I have to workout. I did a 5 min cardio warmup, then a 20 min d1 athlete workout, then a 10 minute squat workout. I very proud of myself for doing that. always get back up and try again :) day 8: feeling sore but good

Great ab workout! For those with shoulder injuries, like myself, I recommend doing these exercises on your elbows instead of full plank.
