      @@holgerpetersen445 everyone has to start somewhere. People start with 10 minutes so it's less stressful and intimidating for them, then they move up. no need to shame people for not jumping straight into the deep end

      how long have you been working out? when can i reach this level? im 14 years old and i never exercise lmao. I used to do swimming for 2 years but i stopped long ago and since then, i never exercised, but im hoping to build a habit of exercising so idk how long it'll take me to reach the point where im so used to it.

      You can, keep hanging in there. Keep trying, and be pacient. Also, go follow doctor Sten Ekberg and Eric Berg tips and advices for a better health. Here on youtube. To me they are the best two doctors here that provide the best content. They are very informative, you learn a lot about your body

    day 1: flip flapping exhausted bruh wtf
    day 2: I wasn't sore which kinda concerns me because I feel I should be getting sore idk why
    day 3: hex nah bruh I think I did worse then the first two days💀 but ill still TRY to do this every day so I can be John cena
    day 4: I was pretty sore from yesterday. Also I ended up doing a 10 min squat workout because I didn't wanna do this lol but I will tomorrow
    day 5: had a ball tournament all day so I didn't have time
    day 6: still exhausted lol. did a 10 min squat workout after this to make up loss time from yesterday
    day 7: wow I last did this 3 weeks ago.. im very disappointed in myself. today I had an awakening and id I wanna get better at vball I have to workout. I did a 5 min cardio warmup, then a 20 min d1 athlete workout, then a 10 minute squat workout. I very proud of myself for doing that. always get back up and try again :)
    day 8: feeling sore but good

    Ok, so now I am going to do this for a month and have every Sunday Rest Day:
    Day 1: Did it, was hard tbh but I have the motivation
    Day 2: Did it and pulled through every motion(the first time for every workout from Pam :)
    Day 3: Didn't do it...long story
    Day 4: Rest day: Doing it bc not doing it yesterday, ok it felt like two minutes bc I did it with my sister
    Day 5: Did it, maybe just my imagination but every motion felt a bit shorter
    Day 6: Did it, nothing special
    eheheh...I paused for a week but yk I started again so:
    Day 7: Did it, was like Day 5
    Day 8: Rest day, lol not much to say
    Day 9: Did it, did every motion a little more intense, felt like Day 1 without motivation hahaha
    Day 10: Didn't do it...
    Day 11: Did it, I think
    Day 12: Didn't do it...
    Day 13: DID IT, BOOM GOT IT
    Day 14: Didn't do it...
    OK SO I LOST COUNT SO I AM NOT SURE IF THE LAST 4 DAYS ARE RIGHT SO LET'S GO
    Day 15: Did it, I guess the only thing that matters is that I am still trying
    FUCK! PAUSED AGAIN FOR A WEEK OR TWO I DONT RELLY KNOW
    Day 16: Did it, duh

    I write every Day ,until 2 months is over, down:
    Day 1: It was okay!
    Day 2: It is getting better and I lost 1kg already!!! I am doing kinda hard with this dolphin thing but I am sure I can do this soon :)
    Day 3: It was really good! The bear position at least is actually really hard but yea! c:
    Day 4: Today was a actually hard day because the time was going on sooo slow...but I did it without any extra breaks :D
    Day 5: It was such a good day :D oh and I can see results!! :))
    Day 6: It was actually simple...And I lost 2kg! UwU
    Day 7: Whoaaa! This was a whole week....never! I got a bit more weight but maybe its just bc i gained muscles...Wish me luck!
    Day 8: Yea so today was a bad day...I wasn't motivated because I got the jojo effekt...But I dont give up bc the jojo effekt is just , as longest, 2 weeks long.
    Day 9: It was a good day. Yesterday I started doing this workout and another from pamela also for 10 mins so 20 min workout every day!
    Day 10: Whoop! There are resultsss :)
    Day 11: So I can feel that under my "fat" its getting like hard and I also think that I am not going to stop until there are 2 weeks over. Maybe I am doing this for a whole month.
    Day 12: Hard day but the results are coming soo fast!
    Day 13: Today i had the feeling that I gained weight but i didn't I just feel fat today lol.
    Day 14: Whoaa! Two weeks. The results are coming! I am going to do it for a whole month.
    Day 15: I can feel, that I am getting so much muscles.
    Day 16: I can slowely see that my tummy is getting thinner, but slowely.
    Day 17:I wasn't motivated bc i took a nap before doing it, but the results are coming faster!!
    Day 18: Results!!
    Day 19: all my pants are getting so wide bc i am losng weight. I am so proud!
    Day 20: 8 days more and I got 1 month
    Day 21: uff hard day because I really didn't got lots of energy.
    Day 22: Results!!!
    Day 23: I feel so proud already! :)
    Day 24: Great job!
    Day 25: Results!

    Can someone tell me how to do the plank + crunch in? I can do the plank ofcourse but I don’t understand how to do the crunch in. Is it like sucking your stomach in? This exercise comes back very often in Pams workouts, but every time I’m like how do I do this?! So can somebody explain it to me? 😅♥️

    Let’s write my review, I’m in journey to lose my weight so I do this program maybe for 7-8 days the results it’s sooooo good!!!!!!! But after that days I’m really need another program to lose weight fast!!!! In conclusion This program it’s so amazing! I recommend!!!

    In the last month I had no time or energy to work out bc I was so stressed. I ate a lot of unhealthy food and I gained weight. Today was the first time I worked out again so this was perfect. I'm sweating but I feel so good I hope so much I do it more often bc I'm still stressed out af bc I have exams in 1 month but I hope I stop stress eating and start stress work outing haha

    Great ab workout! For those with shoulder injuries, like myself, I recommend doing these exercises on your elbows instead of full plank.

    I thought you can keep your knees at the ground during the last exercise and i was like "oh That's easy" well, I was wrong
