Just found this eagle 7 in my dad's old possessions. It's a great little timepiece and to me has got very deep sentimental value. Thank you very much for making this video to tell about this watch. I had no idea about this. Except the fact that it had a 7 in the eagle.
Ive owned this watch for the past 25yrs, I had no idea I could hand wind it! I would jusy shake my hand about constantly, or go for a run😄. Thanks for the tip.
I have 1 which dad got in 80s , I got from him in 1992, still working well. 2010 I got its case and dial changed through authorised Citizen repair centre. It lags around 1 to 2 mins daily.
I have one with corrugated black dial with same jubilee bracelet. I got it serviced a while ago. I feel myself lucky for finding one in a good condition.
@@TheWatchCorner Imho very impressive timekeeper considering those 40 years old Miyota 8200, 2 seconds in a day after service. Imagine you're getting a chronometer grade automatic watch for the very same performance and paying above 1200-1300 at minimum. Older Miyota movements are better for sure.
Generally if a watch just says "water resist" it's good for 3ATM. Washing hands, splashing and rain won't hurt it. Good vid. Dig the old Eagle 7's. Have one.
