I just bought the Citizen BN0162-02X. Its a beautiful "true" divers watch with screw-down crown and 200 Meters water resistance. Accompanied with Citizens Eco-Drive E168 Calibre (solar-powered quartz) with a 6-month power reserve, it equals great accuracy. I have several divers watches but have to say this Citizen is quite equitable, it only features date, whereas my Seiko's features day _and_ date, a small compromise for exquisite quality at an affordable initial outlay. (shop around for best prices) Citizens Eco-Drive is the future right now, quartz accuracy with no batteries to change _is the way_ to tell the time...a watch's prime purpose in life!
Excellent channel and excellent time piece worth every penny as you will said with true elegance and quality that is undeniable .. Everyone who comes across the gift of watching this channel I strongly suggest to support my friend with his excellent channel presentations and be enlightened by it every time. Sincerely, Rick in Florida 🇺🇸

There’s nothing like that feeling when you open up the packaging and straight away you just know, Wow this is what I wanted. Great looking watch. I Think for me it would be the cream version as I really liked your Sarb. Great close up shots of the citizen. cheers Gaz.
Absolutely stunning, no question about it. I have many Citizen watches, and my everyday is a JDM radio controlled titanium Ecodrive that I purchased about 8 years ago. I think it is unbeatable as a daily, and Sakura still have them at around £300 - model CB3010. Knockout review Gary.
Although I'm G-Shock all the way, I have a lot of time for Citizen. I've had an H550-S026989 for years now. Liked the military look and it was £99 at Argos, so I bought it. It is an insanely accurate watch, like a few seconds a year. I also have the AT8038-08A chronograph with a gorgeous white dial and subtle metallic blue hands. All the bells and whistles, eco-drive, radio controlled, it's a stunner! Limited Edition too of 2500. No idea how limited that is but I love it. :)
This watch is so close to being great. I will never understand why a company would put a 52mm lug to lug with the male end links on a 38mm watch made for smaller wrists. 19mm lug width with no taper doesn’t look very good either. I would definitely pick this watch up, but I would be taking the bracelet off of it.
The odd lug width keeps it from being a true strap monster. So close. My black one arrives today and the bracelet will be taken off and forever kept in a box.
Agreed. When I first saw it, I thought it must be a huge watch, at least for me. Then when he started with the specs, I was like, wow, OK, that will work and then that 52 mm lug-to-lug! Then it hit me why I initially thought it was too large for my wrist. And really, it is. Luckily, I already have a few watches that fill that niche that are just as nice.
I have the blue version of this watch and love it. 19 mm lug width is a bit annoying, as is only 2 holes of micro-adjustment. I had it on a clasp extender but found it clunky. So, now it's on a nice leather strap.
Wow!!! An absolute stunner of a watch. Great to see you appreciate the brand Citizen instead of the usual AliExpress watches you usually show. I'm getting this one for sure. I'm right out jealous of your watch😢.
I've owned this watch for a couple of years now. Great watch. Definitely completes with the sarb. Citizen has the NC0200-90E with their hand winding movement. I had my hands on that model a couple of months back. Hands down the most high-end citizen I've seen to date. $5000 price tag too. 😂
I have that same black dial version and absolutely love it! I wear it on a leather strap with a deployant clasp and it wears more elegant that way. Great watch and in my opinion better than the Seiko Sarb
I've never purchased JDM, but I'm now going to give it a serious look. I believe you are right - a watch made proper in Japan is a plus. And they have a lot of models we don't regularly see. And I've heard folks say, "The Japanese keep the best models for themselves!" Don't know if that's true, but it opens up the catalog, now doesn't it?!
Own the blue version- polishing is as good as my grand seiko - and the bracelet is as crappy as my grand seiko as well. But the 9000 movement is great and the watch has great workmanship.
Sorry Gary but I thought the watch was a bit 'meh' but I appeciated to the eye to detail in the side by side shots with the second hand of each watch synchronised. Nice touch.
I have this watch. It's a great watch and such an easy wear. I have several watches and some cost a lot more. Still, I find myself picking this one up most days.

@@wutang2549 I’ve got a Citizen series 8 Pepsi GMT with a 9075 that was only off by 6 seconds after 12 days of nonstop wear, except showers. I’ve got an Aliexpress watch for under a $100 with a 9015 in it that had similar results. It’s a great movement series. Any bargain watches you see with a 9000 series movement, pick it up. ✌️😃.
Very beautiful watch for a cracking price. Shame about the outrageous import fees. In the USA we don't get dinged unless it's over $800. I'm between this one and the Zenshin.
I’ve got the silver dial, and I’m considering the black dial for sure. My main problem is I can’t get a good fit of with the bracelet on my wrist. Either too big or too small…
I have the blue dial version of the first watch and for the money I must say its great. I was lucky enough that the bracelet fits my wrist well with the very limited micro adjustment. With squeaky bracelets I lather it in soap and move all the links around and rinse it under warm water while still moving the bracelet links. Repeat that 2 or 3 times the squeak should go away.
@@ilikewatches FWIW, the 'white dial' is not creamy at all. It has an everso slight silver tinge to it. If memory serves, it's dusted with aluminium powder or something.
The dress watch looks to be very simple and classy, as dress watches should be. I have the exact Seiko to which some call the Baby Grand. I don’t think you can go wrong with either and I don’t believe the Seiko is dated. It’s classy and like the baby sister to a luxury watch (Grand Seiko). I like both but I would not trade for the Citizen, acknowledging it’s a really nice watch.
What I like about that Citizen bracelet is I can put it on and take it off quicker than any watch I have. I went with teal dial and sometimes wish I would have gone more traditional.
Gorgeous watch! I personally prefer a minimalist watch without day or date complications and I think if it were clean like that it would be stunning! Beauty, though!
There is a FedEx driver riding around right now with my NB1050-Black right now to go along with the white version. I'm glad I ordered it before this video hit. 😀 It's a good plain watch. Downsides are the oddball 19mm lugs and the awful bracelet which never fit me right. It kept me from enjoying my watch properly. I plan to sell or trade the bracelet because I won't use it.
My biggest gripe of this watch is the clasp...its abysmal. And it only has one microadjust, and no half links. So you are going to have a tough time finding a good fit. I had to by an extension off Amazon to attach to it. Or wear it on a strap (which most will have to buy because....19mm).
Always keep in mind Citizen movement 0100 is Quarz but is the most precise in the world with +-1 second a year and it is a solar watch with eco drive 😊
More of an analog to the SARX035, but I like that one much better. Only available in black and pearlescent white though, so the color options can have an advantage
Very nice ,I find all watches should have 3-4 micro movements to define the perfect fit ,I do like the watch your showing ,I'm hesitating to buy it only because of 2 micro movements .Cheers from Canada
i have this watch for more than a year, the L2L wears very long, it wears like a 41mm dress watch instead of the 38mm actual size, also there's only 2 micro adjust, you have to be lucky to get the correct sizing. I ended up buying a 19mm strap for it. But im a bracelet guy, so i dun wear this watch often.
I have the CB0260-81L, which is 40mm ×10mm, titanium ecodrive, radio controlled and blue. You can get white and black ('E' & 'A' iirc). Under £500 if you can find one. Used to be on Amozon of all places, amazing set-n-forget, gada.
Got one with white sun burst dial, could compare to a modern GS at some points, the weird extra length of the minute hand is a concern to me, Citizen should sell this model world wide, a beater for sure.
