I would like them to each realize that had they not acted on their prejudice and perceptions of privilege they would be free to enjoy their lives and Amhaud would likewise be free to enjoy his.

I also said perceptions of privilege which gave them the idea that they had the right to chase someone that they hadn’t witness commit a crime and demand that he stop based on their orders and threats. They truly believe that they weren’t doing anything wrong. Had they seen any of the white people running who had also been seen on video going into the house under construction, it’s certain that they would not have grabbed a shotgun or pistol, chased them and threatened to blow their head off. All of that being said, the fact that all three of them have a long proven history of using racist slurs and rhetoric can be used to assert that their actions were based on bigotry.
And get this.....the report ALSO said that the "EDUCATIONAL" needs of these bellends WILL BE considered in where they get locked up.......they system is crazier than the criminals!!!!

every inmate who is sentenced to prison goes to a classification place first, then you are sent usually based on your sentence length to a facility that has others with that type of sentence. < 5 years, around 10 years, and over 10 years are generally kept at different places to help stop violence in the prison. Someone with a 5 year sentence doesn't want trouble that a lifer may give them. If you have gang affiliations or are a problem inmate, you could get bumped UP to a worse place because of that. Max and Super max are for those with life, death, or prone to escape sentences. I imagine they will go to whatever prison in GA houses lifers and it will likely not be fun for however many years they have left on earth. The lesson is, don't be racist and murder someone and you won't have to worry about it, generally.

Every time you go to prison during intake they access your charges welfare & any Intel they get thru other authorities like police then you are classified within a couple of days then await a spot on the cattle truck to your new home.
Did they consider any human history of Ahmaud when they chased him down to murder him? Did they consider whether he had educational needs, health needs and whatever else? Ahmaud’s parents should stay on their case.

They got what they deserve because they had no business confronting nobody no matter what they were doing. If you have a problem with something somebody is doing, you call the police. You don't go confronting somebody and bring along a shock gun unless you do wanna go to prison. I can see that they believed they were above the law because one of them called the DA personal cell phone right after the incident in order to get special treatment right from the start. I don't take matters into my own hands and one of the reasons is because I pay the police to handle anything I have a problem with and I'm always very quick to call 911. Make the cops work because that's what they get paid for and with that being said, these 3 guys did a very foolish thing that day.
