@ivory phillips - 100% wrong (see my response to your other post). For everyone else, here's the synopsis: The laws do not allow you to chase after someone, point weapons at them, provoke a confrontation, and then shoot them because they grab your gun. Self defense does not apply when you provoke and threaten. Abrey had every right to use lethal force against his two armed assailants.

Not only did they not have a reasonable suspicion of him being armed it was in fact a clear cut murder. They didn’t even have the minimum requirement of a citizen’s arrest, because that would require you to witness a felony which they didn’t. Not only did they not witness a felony it turns out that nothing was ever stolen from the house per Larry English who is the owner of the property! This was such an egregious miscarriage of justice by not arresting these pair that the prosecutor was indicted. Which never ever happens no matter how poor of a decision they make. it took 2 1/2 months for these killers to be arrested and a lot of people tried to and almost succeeded in covering this murder up. they should be sent to jail as well.

His mother should have been out of the court room when they showed they video. You can never "unsee " what you have seen. May his family somehow find peace.
