I know I’m commenting after the verdict, but it’s its interesting to read such comments on here of so many people who either just makes things up (such as you did) or you received disinformation on such a regular basis that you’re not even aware of it. They didn’t even have the minimum requirement of a citizen’s arrest, because that would require you to witness a felony which they didn’t. Playing The Devil's Advocate, even if the arrest was not perfect, it is a civil tort subject to a monetary fine, not life in prison. It does not obligate Travis to give up his firearm when being attacked.
