Bought it and built it. Thanks a ton, G! It runs nicely and looks good on all games I play. I just made some mistakes trying to put it together.
What did you hiccup on? I’m curious!
@@ScatterVolt I had plugged in some pins in the wrong place on the bottom of the motherboard. This was also my first time actually building a PC.
@@jorgeraymasonI just built it. I suffered for 3 hours and 30 mins. Luckily it booted without issues but man was it painful trying to build a pc for the first time
thinking about building it after a month of use whats your opinion on it?
@@ScatterVoltI had two questions about the PC:
1. Do you have to vertical mount the GPU to if you want to install the NIC ?
Can you turn off ALL RGB in the UEFI?
Thank you for this video. It helped me put together my first gaming rig.
Sheesh. Love that case, nice build Marc
nice combo of parts
The amazing thing is that he is always smiling during his videos
Really good suggestion and review. Keep up your good work and grow faster. Thank you.
Love the Microcenter recommendation … totally worth the drive. Changes a lot of build prices. I was able to upgrade to the 7900x combo with the 64 gb of ram with a pricing error on their website for 450 and a 6950xt for 550 open box. Was trying to stay around 1200. Had enough leftover for a new fractal north case and an arctic freeze 360 b stock. Finally after Covid and crypto I got to make a leap from 1070 and barely doing 1440p to I don’t even know what to throw at this thing.
Personally the 6700 xt is the best price to performance if you don't live within the 7 US states there's a microcenter. I doubt they'll ever come to my state lol.
I mean for me the nearest microcenter for me is about 3 hours+. definitely not worth it. Wisconsin doesn't have one yet because it fell through by Mayfair mall.
@@sumireravenclaw8034 i mean for me the nearest microcentre is across the atlantic ocean so not really worth it and we dont have anything remotely close to a micro centre either.
Great video buddy!
Underrated video
Love your videos man!!
Next week will come some parts for my new PC, i got ryzen 7 5800x paired with RX 7600 and 32gb of ram.
Hello from Romania!!
Congratulations!
@@ScatterVolt thank you!! I need this for my journey in learning python
THE BEST!
Hell yeah, good for content creation and 3D modeling and even perfect for emulation without screen tearing like AMD
looks good . maybe someday i can build the same specs❤
I dont have any money at all to buy a set. But im here watching i enjoy it
Hi I need some advice on building a PC, by the way, great content 🔥🔥🔥. I’m mainly wanting to build a PC for streaming and gaming, and I only game titles like Dota 2, Fortnite and apex Legend. I’m thinking of getting a Ryzen 5600x and pair it up with a RTX 3060 12 GB and add a 32 gb ram kit. Will that be sufficient. My budget is around 800-1000. Will this be sufficient or can I get away with a cheaper build? Need your advice 😊
I’m not gonna use my PC for triple A titles because I have an Xbox, but just need it for streaming and gaming, and also something that can support a dual monitor setup.
Greate performance. people been looking at fps numbers rather then game playerbale and perfomance.
I would leave the extra CPU power connector empty. How many content creators are going to be doing extreme overclocking with liquid nitrogen using their work PC? However, buying board that has that is not so bad an idea as it is most likely very well made to withstand extreme OC and that means it will last a long time without issues.
Hey, I'm new to your channel and I'm thinking about building a computer. What do you think about the montech king 95 pro dual-chamber atx mid-tower pc gaming case, high-airflow, And are you gonna do a build with this case?
Hey I wanted to ask if streaming VR games was a good option with this PC
This will be the exact build I will make for my very first PC
Are you gaming and recording at the same time with obs?
If you have a microcenter near you, be sure to get the 7900xt and the 7700x bundle at this budget. the 7900xt there is 700 dollars(50 dollars less than normal), but the 7700x bundle is extremely great for the price. It's only 400 dollars for the cpu, a motherboard that has wifi 6e and bluetooth 5.2 on it already( msi b650 p wifi) as well as 32 gigs of ddr5 6000 mhz cl36 ram(g.skill flare x5). this leaves you with 400 dollars to fit in storage, cooler, power supply, and case. I think that that much money is more than sufficient to get 2tb of ssd storage, an 850 watt psu, and whatever reasonably priced aesthetic case and fans you want.
Thanks
I have a question, is a 1800 euros good for gaming computer ? Cuz these creators always say “ohh with that money you can run a lot of game” like how much money do I need to run almost all game. This is my budget
@@bvc1922 yes is good look videos of person build a pc 1800usd or euros but remember 18000 is good like normal pc and good
@@Ander_wyz thanks bro
You are the best man thank you so much! You helped me with my pc, now I'm watching you in order to build my friend's first gaming pc ❤
One question: Do you recommend RX 7800 XT or 4070 taking into consideration that he might stream as a hobby?
Both are great at streaming
@@ScatterVolt alright thank you so much
Where is the link for the CPU cooler?
Just built something very similar but dropped a Red Dragon 6800XT in. I'll take the extra video ram and lose the raytracing. That should hold me over until better GPUs hit the market.
When you best do you mean ascetic or performance
another question is why are the ssd cards different on amazon and micro center and which one is actually better
Hey is this still good for 2024? If so im looking to buy it. Also at the end is all of the installations needed?
Hey. Im going to build a pc with 3700x and 3070 for 1440p gaming and some coding.
200$ used for 3070 and 135$ for 3700x (5600 non-xt costs 144$ atm)
Just a question how do I start to do this I really like building pcs but I can’t find this hobby
Would a MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi work or no?
Would this build work with a 7800x3d instead of the 7700x?
Where do you plug the pump power connector into
I didn’t get the ASRock download at the bottom right, what should I do?
What do you think for a i5 13600k and 4070 galax.? Also what mother board could I use for white aesthetics.?
Mark is more about gaming centric tasks, thus having a more preference to AMD processors
What do you think of this build combo im looking at?
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X Six Core CPU (4.7GHz-5.3GHz/38MB CACHE/AM5)
Motherboard
ASUS® TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI (DDR5, USB 3.2, 6Gb/s)
Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 5600MHz (2 x 16GB)
Graphics Card
16GB AMD RADEON™ RX 6900 XT LC MBA - HDMI, DP - DX® 12
Hey friend, I put together my PC recently, but when I turn it off, the fans don't turn off, nor does the power supply. Could you help me with some recommendation?
You could at least squeeze in a 4070ti for creator programs, but really you should aim to get a 7900xt.
Aiming for one of those two components leaves ~$700 on the table for everything else which is very tight unless you want to sacrifice looks/aesthetics, which may not be the move for a computer you’re spending $1500 on.
I’m getting an ATX Mid tower PF case and for the aio do I get an 360mm or 240mm?
What PCI-E Riser cable did you end up using? There's not one linked in the description unless I missed it. Thanks in advance :)
One minute
I don’t have the EXPO setting on the BIOS, is there a reason for that? I’m super confused
would it still work if I wanted to put a 4070 super inside of it I am hoping to build my first pc but I really want to use the 4070 super
Is the liquid cooling absolutely required for this build or can we swap it out for air cooling on the CPU? If so, which air-coolers are recommended?
You can use any cooler that you want as long as it supports 175W TDP (7700X is 105W TDP)
if anyones thinking about building this pc now, october or later, i would swap the 4070 with a 7700xt or 7800xt cuz those offer way better value for the money
Are they compatible with the build he made?
@@rubenvazquez5645yes
in the US 7800xt is $500 while 4070 is $550. 4070 has DLSS, DLAA, RT, VR performance, productivity, more stable drivers, and better resale value. for peace of mind i went with the 4070, despite 7800xt having more vram and better raster
how would this compare to 3080 with i912900k
I switched a few things up but im not sure about the compatibility. If anyone could help id be grateful!
This is my first time building a pc.
Also great vid!
Here is the version i put together(not bought yet)
Intel Core i7-13700K
ENERMAX ELC-LMT240-ARGB
ASROCK B650 PRO RS
Team Group Delta RGB 32GB 2x16GB DDR5 5600Mhz Memory RAM
Samsung 980 PRO 2TB
ASRock Radeon RX 7800 XT Phantom Gaming 16GB OC
MSI MPG A850G PCIE5
Thermaltake Divider 370 TG ARGB Snow White
it sounds good, but i’m kind of confused why you would go with intel cpu and an amd gpu. there won’t be any compatibility issues, but amd is gaming focused while intel is productivity focused. having both of them in the same build means you paid more money for an intel cpu but don’t get the full benefits of a productivity cpu because of your gpu
Would it be possible to move the two front fans to the back and if so how would you do that?
You unscrew them and put them where you want to in the case
Can i use the enermax D.F. 2 with 1050w
Is ryzen 7600 paired with 4070 with any 32gb 4800mhz good enough for content creation? And maybe stream a bit? All in 1440p resolution
i’m sure you’ve already bought your parts, but the 7700 is a worthy upgrade if you’re gonna be video editing or just want overall faster desktop/browsing speed and efficiency, and 5600mhz cl30 for the ram is the sweet spot :)
@@kaaworii no no not yet cause in the end I'm more incline with saving up a bit more and now I'm probably can stretch my budget a bit to get 7700 with b650 (cheapest matx one) still rtx 4070 and definitely can get 32gb 5600mhz low cl... Before this I probably only able to get 7600, a620 and 4800mhz kit... Thanks btw still need time waiting little bit more so I don't make my wallet dry cause of this 😅
A friend on discord sent me this video and we watched it together on discord and now im planing on doing the exact same one, it would be my very first time building one. But i wanted to know how is the PC going in terms of "blowing" ? Does it blow a lot a loudly or is it normal ? (my 2080ti been doing this since i got it in Jan 2019). Also woud it be a problem if i go for the ASRock MB AMD AM5 B650M instead of the B650 ?
It depends on a variety of factors like what fans you plan to use (the stock included case fans were fine), how many fans you plan to use, how “open” (aka ventilated) is your pc case, etc.
Wouldn’t be a problem if you went with that other mono, but it doesn’t come with Wi-Fi built
Sorry but I’m not sure how to traditionally mount the GPU without the HDMI and Display ports being cut off
big fan bro :)
I just found a rtx 3070 from Dell oem
should I buy it for 230$ used??
Good deal
@@ScatterVolt but I don't think it will last bc its generic. might blow up 💀
Hi, I was planning on building a new PC with the 4000 series, but I waited until AMD launched their counterparts. So, I was wondering if you could check the build I made. I mainly got parts from this video but replaced some others, like the motherboard. Here is the build:
CPU
AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler
ID-COOLING FROSTFLOW X 74.5 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard
MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
Memory
TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory
Storage
Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card
XFX Speedster MERC 319 Black Radeon RX 7800 XT 16 GB Video Card
Case
Thermaltake Divider 370 TG Snow ARGB ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply
Corsair RM850 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Total cost of the build might be around 1600 or so depends on the price of the 7800xt
Nothing really to change maybe consider the rtx 4070 if you care about rtx or dlss3 or cuda
If you still haven’t built it I’d go with the 4070. Just as cheap as the 7800 and more performance and features.
Ryzen 5 7600 non x version paired with 7800xt 🔥🔥💥⚡️
Do you know anyway we can change the teamgroup ram rgb color?
You can’t with an a stock motherboard
anyone have opinion about asrock b650m version paired with r5 7600x
Hey love your videos
I’m about to build this for my son, I wanted to ask, do you have an alternative mother board that’s not white? Maybe with built in WIFi? Bluetooth?
Thanks for the help.
You can find one easily from another brand and it’ll be compatible as long as it’s ATX
what is the case????
That would cost $1780 here in Sweden

NVIDIA GPU price gouges I would recommend you just get the 6700 XT for at least 3 years and wait to see if prices calm down. If not just hold it off for the rule of 6 I invented (A very good price to perfomance gpu can hold off on it's own for 6 years like my RX 580 who carried me through the crypto war from 2017 to now).
Hey can this pc Run Rust?
And how much like fps you get?
A lot

this case is a bit ugly imo, also white pc parts are overrated, but this build is fire
Like some of your vids, but this does feel like a scam for 1500 tbh
Explain how is this build is a scam? 😅
@@ScatterVolt Let me rephrase, the build is good, but it starts to feel like u get scammed when u realise you could get a 4070ti with 7600x or a 13600k with 7900xt, otherwise the build is good no questions at all. I just dont know if u spent exactly 1500, I tested some build on pc part picker and they are around ~1550, for like 1400 there is nothing better then what u did. Didn't mean no offense
You can definitely do a higher end gpu with a lower cpu at the expense of looks/aesthetics. If I didn't make this build look appealing then you'd have a whole another crowd of viewers asking why this PC doesn't look like a $1500 PC, probably calling that a scam as well for that reason.
@@ScatterVolt It makes sense, ngl, maybe as an option you might mention an alternative approach to maximize performance/cost, or maybe not, it's your videos after all)
@@kyrylobordiuh3996 My build costed around 1200 tbh and is sightly worse than this. I did get a better CPU with a ryzen 7 58003D and power supply for future GPU upgrades. The Gpu is slightly suffering though with a 6700 XT but I do have a 1080p monitor so i'm limited to that.
Nvidia? Seriously? I like you and your videos, but pass. The 6950 xt is identically priced with four more gigs of vram and better performance. Could build on the AM5 platform for the same price or spend $100 more for a 7900 xt and have a monster. Just my opinion, otherwise good part selection.
As great as the 6950XT is right now, these build guides are meant to last for at least half a year before being updated and unfortunately, the 6950XT will eventually be phased out of production. It’s availability worldwide isn’t like that of the US.
@@ScatterVolt no doubt. But the 60 and 70 cards are just awful and I'm of the mind that gamers should not be doing business with a company that has no interest in doing business with them. But aside from that unless you're buying a 4090 (you're using your computer for professional purposes), AMD has better options. I know that's a common position, but it's because it's true, lol. 7900 XT next time maybe?
The 4070 is a good option until the 7800/7900 comes out (when they finally do)
