    What's a good lens setup for indoor sports like hockey and volleyball?

      Sorry for the late response. It's a hard question, but I would recommend zooms mainly. There are a plenty of option, but I don't know that the reach is enough for you, it depends on where do you standing while you shoot. The 18-105 f4 oss could be a good choice, but if the hockey hall is too dark, than you should move on to the f2.8 ones. that could be the sigma 18-50 f2.8 or the tamron 17-70 f2.8, but you should check that this range is enough for the job or not. maybe you should go to more telephoto end.

    Brother i brought this camera yesterday its good but kit lens is not good so suggest good budget free lens

      Sure, but the main question is what do you want to shoot :D My answer depends hardly on your needs. But you can find some lens reviews on my channel which also good for the a6400. Sigma 16mm is a great lens for wider shots and good in low light, sony 35mm is good for portraits and details and also gives good shallow depth of field. sony 18-105 gives you great flexibility.

    So what if I’m not editing pictures, do I still use raw or jpeg

    • @petersroom
      @petersroom  หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you don't edit them, maybe the jpegs are better, because you could easily post it if you want to. But there is an option where your camera takes both jpeg and raw at the same time. 👌

    Bro in A mood we have no shutter speed?

    • @petersroom
      @petersroom  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi! Check the how to use section at 14:00 if you turn the circle dial on the front and you can adjust the shutter speed. I think it's a base setting.

    Sony A6400- I have stored camera settings in the Memory 1, 2 and 3 positions. When I turn on the camera in the Memory Recall (MR) mode, the MR menu is not displayed and I have to enter the main menu and scroll to the MR menu to select a setting. If I turn on the camera in any other shooting mode A, P M, video etc, and then change dial to the MR shooting mode the MR menu is displayed and I can select one of my settings 1, 2 or 3 without entering into the main menu. Is this a Sony A6400 glitch or my camera glitch?

    Hello after changing all my settings like you said, my photos now turn out all white. Please help.

    • @petersroom
      @petersroom  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@valeriemoreyra6859 hi! Check your exposure! I think it’s because the image is overexposed so the screen shows its blown out. Go up with the shutter speed or pull down the iso values.

    No matter how expensive the camera is we still end up in pc editing most of the time.

    why do you all youtube guys copy each other. why are you doing this orange color every few minutes? others are doing the same. Come on people, be original and stop this distracting and annoying stuff.

    • @petersroom
      @petersroom  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I thought for a while until I realized what you meant under “orange color”. It called film burn effect. I understand that it annoys you, but I really like it, it will probably be in my other videos too. it's a matter of preference, someone likes it, someone doesn't.
