Great video man. Thanks for the time and effort you spent creating it. I currently have a Sony a6400 and a Sigma16mm 1.4 doing talking head style videos in my home office/studio. However, Covid permitting I want to turn the camera around onto other people who might be further away from the lens. My thought was initially to get the Sigma 56mm 1.4. However, I am in 2 minds now whether to get the Sony 18-105 for greater flexibility, a constant F4 when zooming which ties in nicely with the inbuilt OSS as most likely I will be handheld for those impulses moments. The sigma 16 is great for talking head videos or vlogging. My 18-105 has become my livestream lens! Love it! The sigma 56 might be a little tight on apsc so I can recommend the Sony 35 1.8. I love that lens because of the image quality and it has OSS. The sigma 16, Sony 35, and Sony 18-105 is my 3 lens kit that I can do anything with. Somewhere in the future I’ll try out tamron 17-70 and newly announced 11-20 but for now, I’m good. Thanks for the sub!!

Man that’s epic! Lol it has a huge zoom range and remember on the a6400 you can still use clear image zoom and zoom in 1.5 more times with very minimal loss of quality! I don’t have any ideas but I did buy mine used on amazon so I got a deal on it. Check that out :)
I got the a6400, sold my Nikon gear finally now planning to add 70-350 and 17-70 soon, Have you tried any other lens yet? also which tripod you use?

Those are the other two lenses I use. I barely bought them so I haven’t really tested them out to max but so far I’m really glad I did. Reviews coming soon for sure!

It’s manual so I just move the camera to get focus. It’s very shallow wide open, close up, it’s maybe a few mm!

I don’t have that lens but I sure would be glad to especially since it’s supposed to be a better kit lens than the 16-50
