  • Listening to a guided meditation is part of my daily routine, so I thought I'd create one for you! This one focuses on releasing stress, anxiety, or feelings of overwhelm. My hope is that this video can help calm and ground you again.

    This meditation moved me to tears, I didn’t realize how much emotion I’ve been holding in lately. I do social work, and doing my job means holding space for others, so sometimes I forget to make room for myself. Thank you for reminding me that I also deserve to feel seen and heard, and granting me this opportunity to release all of the negativity I’ve been holding onto. ❤️

    Wow, this video couldn’t have come at a better time when I really needed to let go of a lot of stress and anxiety that’s been building up in my life lately.     i can’t wait to plug into this first thing tomorrow morning. guided meditations are something i’ve incorporated in my mornings this year and i’ve learnt to appreciate it and the calm it always brings me, especially with some voices. so happy that i get to meditate to yours from now. ❤️

    I’ve been meditating for a while and done lots of guided mediations. This one stands out as an especially helpful one. When the light got to my chest, I felt so good I got a bit emotional, and I used the extra time to focus it on my belly and help with some psychosomatic discomfort from feeling anxious.
    Thank you for posting this. It’s exactly what I hoped for when I searched “guided meditation” ❤️

    Wow, this guided meditation really helped me unwind and let go of all my stress and anxiety. I love how soothing and calming the narrator's voice is, it instantly put me at ease. I've been incorporating guided meditations into my daily routine too, and I can definitely say it has made a huge difference in my overall well-being.     This was perfect timing ! It's 8pm here, I got settled as soon as I saw the video in my inbox and it was amazing. I feel so calm right now. I sometimes struggle to get into meditations at the end of the day but even with baby kicking in my belly I managed to get and stay into the meditation and I feel SO good right now. Thanks Jen!! 💕

    Jenn i am so, so thankful to you for this video. After months of not being able to be consistent and sometimes not being able to connect with the meditations I was trying, I remembered yours! this time I used headphones which i don't know why I didn't the first time I listened to it. And I realize how everything in this video was done with so much care and love, from your soothing voice and beautiful voice to the soft background music and the tingly shining light sound. If you ever decide to do more of these I will be the first one to listen to them and enjoy every second of them but still im so happy for knowing that this one will always be here when I need it most. It's so impactful to listen to what you say because ive been following you for so long. It makes it feel that much more genuine and sincere because I know we're in this self love and self growth journey together. Again thank you so so much.     hi jenn !!! i just wanted to say prior to you posting this video, meditating had never really "worked" for me, but for some reason this really did, n ive been using it super regularly since i first watched it. it's helped my insomnia n anxiety so much that recently i started getting into other meditations n have found that it isn't as difficult for me anymore. thanku for opening this door for me !!!!!!! i really appreciate it so so much

    I recently started educating myself on meditation and the religion of Buddhism, so this video feels like it was meant for me to watch! My new goal is to go to a monastery and really break myself into mindfulness! P.S. I think Headspace needs your voice on their app 🥰👀
