      Greetings beautiful souls, I love you all.. I had to stop the meditation at 5 minutes because I started crying, my nose got clogged and couldn't breath from my nose. Hard to breath from my mouth ❤😂

    I’m not sure why, but good meditations make you cry. They release emotions you had stored away out of fear, or feeling like you needed to protect yourself. But you are safe, it is true. And you are loved. Sitting and remembering that you are your own sacred being, capable of producing beauty and wonder and kindness is such a healing thing.
    I needed this, I’m feeling lost right now, and I know the only person who can truly help me is myself. I may be scared, but i won’t let it guide me. This meditation helped me to let my inner fire burn brighter, and envision myself a warrior. Thank you.

    Every time I said “everything I need is within me” my heart rate calmed down and got much slower. This was so helpful for my anxiety. Thank you!

    Your meditations are amazing! I just started meditating and I love it already. I was addicted to opiates and almost lost my life. Meditation has helped me to relax and not be so anxious. It has brought me out of the darkness and into the light! Thank you so much!

    This was my first attempt at meditation. I've been on a journey of self healing, reeling from a broken heart and bad breakup. I've been searching far and wide, filling my body, heart, and mind with all that there is to offer in pursuit of guidance and healing. I've read a lot, cried a lot, and after this meditation I cried. Something about the mantra, my journey, your soothing voice...From my heart to yours, thank you. I will start my day, everyday, with this.

      SpaceInvader I’ve been through hell and back not to say you haven’t I’ve died 2 times was brought back to life. I had surgery after surgery. I had several seizures, strokes and I also have osteoarthritis, CKD, stage 4 with my kidneys, I also have a feeding tube, Lupus and use a rollator to walk with. It’s hard dealing with life on it’s on then trying to have a relationship that you thought was good and you were going to spend the rest of your life with that person and he/she turns around and break up with you or don’t want to be with you anymore. Yes I truly understand you’re pain. The one thing you should never do is blame yourself nor try to hurt yourself over that person. You need to talk to someone and you probably will say I have no one to talk too but we all do. We just talk to the wrong people. The # 1 person to go to we don’t and his name is GOD. Make yourself a 🙏 closet get on your knees and 🙏/talk 🙏/talk and 🙏/talk more to him during all of that 🙏/talking you’ll be crying 😭 as well the more you the more healing you’ll get trust me. Stay in the word. Keep your head up. I’m here if you need me. And definitely keep listening 👂 to these fabulous meditation 🧘‍♀️ clips. All this helped me.

      If you watch TH-cam frequently, it is so worth it to pay extra for premium if you can swing it. Most of what I watch is TH-cam, even on my TV, and I never see commercials.

      My dog passed away 5 months ago. The darkness and content during the mediation was deep and yet comforting. We all have such a short time being alive. This helped me to appreciate life.

    Girl I just love how you do these guided meditations. Your voice is so sweet and loving. You talk for a few minutes and get us into a beautiful space, set an intention, share wonderful affirmations (mantras) and then you just let the music play. So many people who do guided meditations keep talking through the whole thing. I love how you use the bells reminding me of Tich Nat Han. And at the end you let the music play for a minute or two after you've closed it out. Lovely. My only suggestion would be if you could please make some that are up to 30 minutes long. I just listened to two in a row because I wasn't quite ready to come out of it and to stop and pause it or put on other music breaks the flow. Thanks so so much for all you are and do.

    For those that may not know. Since she says take a really deep breath. Doing so with your palms up will allow for deeper belly breathing. Palms down diaphragm. Rotate up and down and you’ll see what I mean.
    Very good meditation by the way!

    I saw my Grandmother, grandfather, brother, cousins, and aunts, uncles etc. they all hugged me told me I was going to be okay, not to worry about anything they are always here. How I’m doing great , and to keep going! kept feeling like bugs were on me. But never saw anything . It was My ancestors I Can’t stop crying but I feel such a sense of gratitude for being able to see my family that I miss so much. 😭🥹😌✨ Thank you!

    This guided meditation was SO therapeutic for me. I was crying so much. It almost seemed as if true thoughts and feelings were surfacing for the first time in a long time. It was a healing cry- one that makes you feel a lot better afterwards. It’s almost like for the first time I was able to be with myself and know what I was feeling. It was a beautiful feeling.     I know I have commented before, but I must thank you again. I have a severe panic disorder and PTSD and this is the only meditation that I have found. That seems to help me. I am so grateful.

    Thank you for this beautiful guided meditation session! Just decided to do some meditation randomly outdoors under summer greenery during the afternoon and felt so grateful for having this opportunity. My feet could feel the grass, and there was a beautiful breeze of air and warmth on my face during the practice. This is so wonderful, and I cannot thank you enough for putting this guided meditation together. :)

    Thank you so much, I recently stopped drinking after a real bad addiction, and I’m wanting to quit smoking also, I’ve been having real bad anxiety today, this video helped me so much.     This is my first meditation ever and it really helped me calm down my anxiety and fears. Im constantly stressed with work, even though i have the next 4 days off im in my room just stressing and feeling sick and scared. I did this meditation, and every breath I took all I allowed myself to say was "I am here. I am home." I tried not to think of work even though half of this meditation was just me still thinking of work, but by the end I was alot more relaxed, and no longer in fear. I will worry about work when im at work, but I will live when i am home. Thank you for this video.

    I love that the beginning is guided, yet there is space for inner reflection. Too often guided meditations talk the entire time and prevent inner awareness. I appreciate that this has both!

    I’ve been mediating for about 2-3 weeks and this has really help me . Sometimes I’ll just pick a random one from this Channel or depending on my mood one that suites that day .     I felt like there was too much empty air and then when I heard your voice it jumpscared me. It made me laugh, and I don't know how you'd fix a problem like that, but please look into it.

    I more gentle way of coming out would be good. You scared the crap out of me when you started speaking. I was in a very peaceful state of not being afraid until you spoke 😆
