    I did this yesterday and suddenly life felt more vibrant. Like I could see the joy in the world much more naturally. I haven't meditated in a while and this helped me get back into it and feel excited for the day :D.

    I just did this in the park!! And my hyper-vigilant girls may understand what a big deal this is. I kept my eyes closed for 10 minutes in a public place and managed to feel safe for a while.

    wow. i haven’t meditated in a minute and something was calling to me to click on this one. usually i only listen to a specific person but as soon as i got laid down with my crystals my whole face started tingling. i’ve had my whole body tingle before but it was just my face! & this meditation brought up so much gratefulness (also made me cry lol a good cry) i’ve had a really hard time growing up and a couple years ago i didn’t want to be here anymore, but now looking back i have grew so so much. i’m finding myself… and overcoming all of my fears. i am so thankful for the universe and all the kind people i’ve met recently.
    i listened to another 10 minute one after but i came back to say thank you for making this. you’re vibes are unreal! even listening to this while typing is making my face tingle again. i will definitely be back & if anyone’s reading this please take care of yourself!! put yourself first. trust your intuition, and step into your true self today! stay focused and be filled with gratitude 😉😇😇🤍🤍 i hope pure positive light washes over everyday of yours!

    I literally cried like soo soooo much. It feels as if all the negative energy inside mt soul has gone and it's all pure, holy and positive spirit. Right now also i am crying thinking how much i had put problems in myself, my body and mind thinking only about others judgements. By focusing on others, I had forgotten how to please myself. I cried from inside. This is literally my favourite meditation. ❤❤❤❤❤

      Only Jesus can heal you. Beware of false doctrines, new age spirit and such like.
      Jesus is coming soon.
      Heaven and hell exist.

    Day 1 of meditating: I strayed crying towards the end when it was nothing but soothing music playing. i noticed during the meditation today that my body was so tensed and that i had a lot of built up emotions. this meditation really helped me identify my body and how i truly felt, i am excited for day 2 tomorrow morning. Thank you so much for this video ❤.

      I agree. I'm going through some awful things and would seriously have had a breakdown and be filled with anger and hate if I didn't lean into this channel every day! People round me don't understand why I have not crumbled and am not filled with anger. THANK YOU!

    This was such a powerful meditation when she did the “I am abundant” affirmation i literally imagined myself being abundant and being where I wanted to be and I started crying my eyes out because I actually saw myself there

    Hi girl we'll i suffer from a lot of stress from my childhood and I have ADHD,and maladaptive daydreaming and now still their are so much problems to solve but I recently realized that I have to change it and create a new beautiful life just like a heaven, i know i don't correct my past but I can make peace with my past,present and future so I decided to change my life and make myself independent and happy ❤❤❤❤❤😊

    This is the best meditation I ever experienced. When the abundance part came all I could do is think about how grateful I am for The Most High taking care of me.     First time listening to this meditation and noticed just how tense I was and my repressed emotions. I was fairly calm before I started, but while listening to this video, I realized just how much has been on my mind. The tightness in my throat eventually turned to silent tears down my face as I felt the positive energy flowing through my body. The positive affirmations were so healing as I have been telling myself the opposite for so long. I feel like it cleansed some of it out. Thank you for this guided meditation, it was very helpful and your voice is so clear and calm. I hope this meditation technique is helpful for you too!

    omg, I have never cried during a mediation session and I've been going through a lot more stress then usual but this changed my morning around and I pictured my five kids laughing and smiling at the end. Thank you for this video.

    This actually helped me. I believe everyone may have a different reaction but the first time I did it I ended up emotional probably because of all the chaos in my life, but I liked this. It was nice.

    My therapist recommended me to meditate and so here I am. What’s surprising is that at every exhale I shed a tear.
    I live with bipolar 1 and there’s just so much pain in my mind and body.
    I cry everyday and feel helpless. I feel like a failure and like I’m incompetent.
    Sorry for venting such painful words.
    I still want to improve so I’ll keep on trying my best on meditating. Thank you so much.

    I have followed through with this meditation daily and I had to comment… When I did the meditation today I literally felt much more vibrant and energetic and my fingers started to tingle not like they were falling asleep but as if my entire body was being filled with positive energy and light… Thank you Lavendaire each time I do this guided meditation the experience is different every time.     The whole time from start to finish, there were tears rolling down my face. I have been in quite a stressful anxious period in my life for a couple of months now and finding it quite hard to cope with. All that was said in this video about how I feel peace and joy, it almost felt like I’ve forgotten the feeling of not stressing and feeling light. It almost felt like I don’t deserve it. I feel much better after listening to this video and will definitely meditate much more. So much love. Thank you🫶🏻

    I don't know what happened but i started getting goosebumps all over my body in the part of taking shower of positive energy and suddenly I started crying and i couldn't stop for few minutes. I kept my eyes closed and after some time i calmed down and i felt washed out. Feels like I've been suppressing this emotion deep down masking it over but it came out. I feel positive and relieved now ❤
