I'll wager that the last two are park owned and will need considerable work. I bought a $5000 home in Tavares but found termite infestation and water damage but it gave me the opportunity to take it to the studs, repair the framing, update the insulation and replace the windows and doors. you can put $10K in it and have the performance of a new unit. There are several good TH-cam channels on rebuilding these things. The secret it to buy cheap and count on finding some issues.
Great job with your videos. Definitive source for the mobile/manufactured market and gulf coast locations. I guess I’ll continue to vacation in Florida, but sketchy on the real estate with all the things happening (at least with condos, homes, insurance things like that). Just visited Naples for first time… My father-in-law lived in 55+ community in Bradenton and it was nice visiting there. Appreciate your insight and professionalism. learning a lot, never know might use it! OK, but inquiring minds want to know what coffee does Susan Swanson drink? ☕️🍸🏖️
I love Mobile homes but there are NO NICE parks up here in Tallahassee that I know of. If my HMO ever lets me get benefits down there I want to move closer to friends in Bartow, Lakeland and cousins in Lake Wales. I don't mind Lot rent, heck ya gotta pay to live somewhere. Amenities too? I would have to build ergonomic stairs from the porch and make sure the laundry room's not in a shed...and I'd want one with fire safe egress windows too. When I was a kid my mom and I would go "trailer shopping" all the time. We lived in a very nice one, but only for a year. There were rattlesnakes and scorpions out there but it was called Whispering Pines...so duh! LOL I just subbed to ya! Bless.
Great Job Sweetie- Found your channel recently and love looking at what you can get for so little When I make any moves or know anyone I’m giving then your # ❤️
Hillside really raised their lot rent in the last few years which lowered the home prices.
How about showing homes on lots owned ?
