Can you do a video of mobile homes with land, no lot rent only a HOA fee? They are so easy for older ppl. Liitle or no yard work, small. Easier to clean and maintain.

I am here in Ohio. Columbia mobile home park. My rent is 617.00 per month.includes trash area and street plowing in winter. That’s it. Double wides are 1500.00 per mo..

Iv seen some low prices it’s the labd I want! We got no land in Arizona Phoenix metro area none all our MF homes most 90% are on parks w 650-1000 rent lot and the homes on them are a lot more then a new one too 70-110k gets U beautiful remodel home
