Until next time, here's to a Glass Full of Gratitude...Cheers!!🍹
Florida has ridiculously high lot rent, might as well buy a regular home
With what's included in lot rent, you won't find cheaper. 80,000 for a home with 900/month lot rent that includes lawn care, park maintenance, and garbage collection. Or a 400,000 home with none of the amenities of a park, nothing but the home included, and much higher property taxes and home insurance, depending on the location.
YEAH THESE TRAILERS ARE ON RENTED PROPERTY YOU JUST OWN THE TRAILER
AND NEVER OWN THE LAND VERY BAD DEAL
Susan I was checking out the wall you are talking about and it is a interior wall because it's on the front of the closet and also the wall beside the door is doing the same thing. Sometimes the paneling will peel off if they get it to wet when they paint. The paint will get in the paneling and it will bubble out just like that. Speaking from experience I've had that problem more than once. Easy fix.
I've been in Pelican Palms; it was recently purchased and they're cleaning up a lot of the old units. Don't forget Mazzaro's Italian Market. God's Waiting Room is getting pretty hip!
Susan- you are an awesome Realtor!!!
I paid $260 lot rent in florida, 1/2 acre lot in the country. Loved it there
Hi Susan, You should buy these fixers and flip them? I would love to help . Maybe the older models and we do retro style?
Awesome 450 to 475 a month!
Do you ever come across homes on private land?
Thanks Susan ,, the listings was Great ,
Hi quick question, the purchase price of lets say 35K, for example.. just buys the home but not the land?? Am i correct in thinking that?? Thanks again
Yes.You're correct. When you purchase a Mobile Home in a land lease community, you're purchasing personal property. You will not pay separate RE taxes and typically list prices are lower than what you'll find in a Resident Owned Community. When buying a home w/land beneath it, you're purchasing Real Estate. There are also Cooperatives in Florida where you will own a share of the land. In both of those circumstances, you will also pay RE taxes, and a possible HOA. Thank You for tuning in to the channel. Cheers!
