I live in a single wide mobile home. Be sure that you thoroughly check out the cheaper mobile homes otherwise what you save on the sale price, you will spend on repairs.

I bought a 5th wheel rv and live on the street. move every couple of days. Lot rent zero. PD 5k for the 5th wheel

What's the whole rule on the 55+ communities because I have heard something about an 80/20 rule? I'm 40 years old but single and no children and don't plan on any and have thought a lot about the idea of an early retirement especially if I could find a deal like this. under $20,000 under $500 lot rent would be a real possibility and I could just get a part time job and literally cost into an early retirement. I have no debt or anything like that. I have savings I just don't see the point in buying some outrageous piece of property for no reason. I'm still renting an apartment I never did buy anything. I think the real move for me would be to buy a piece of improved land and put a newer/new mobile home on it that way I can control inflation, no lot rent or anything of that. Just kind of thinking of ideas, love the channel!
