Great video thank you!
Awesome job!!!
Do any of these monitors come with a built in fan that is audible? Especially the Benq since i think i might try that one.
I don't have the Displayport (only HDMI) so I am limited to HDMI 2.0 by buying Alienware? Is it worth it?
Definitely coppin the BenQ
how can i connect my stereo speaker to the alienware AW2724DM ? i use the monitor with my ps5 and pc ...and the monitor doesnt have the 3.55 line in input ...can u help me ?
Thank you.
Thanks, Too Much Tech, for the fantastic and thorough gaming monitor video review! QUESTION: Which graphics card do you recommend for a three 4K monitor setup?
Three 4K monitors in one setup, are you using like a surround setup to game on all three? I would say a 4090 lol, but to be honest, why not just get a 49 inch Ultrawide instead? Like an Neo Odyssey G9 for a similar experience
Glorious!!!
OMG you have no idea how many videos I've watched on this subject in the last few days! At least 50. Your video is the best hands down. I wish I had seen this before i purchased the Lg3283b. Its going back..lol Thanks I'm picking up the BenQ
All good my man, thank you!! I hope you love the BenQ!
I have Alienware 360hz
What is the best response time setting fast or superfast or extreme please ? For competitive games 🙏
I would only use these sdr mode, hdr on these is basically a joke conside ring they don’t have the brightness, dimming zones, black levels, or contrast to deliver a meaningful hdr experience. Besides that these are all solid picks though, great video as always.
Dude banger video 🔥
Thank you!
Nice iquinox. I have the same one. Love it lol
Ik have the Alienware and its was WOW ❤ love it , its fast and the image colors are beautyfull.
This was an awesome review! I was moved to but the benq monitor. Do you have a colour profile for it? Or know a website that might work well?
I don’t have a color profile for it but I can make one and put it in my discord!
Can I use a monitor mount with the aw2723df??
Good video! As we've talked about in the past, I wish Acer would get more love from tech reviewers. My XB323U GX has been phenomenal but to each their own I guess =)
They should email me to send me some stuff! I can’t afford to buy absolutely everything🤣
If BenQ and Dell can do it, so can they🙃
Hello TMT i have a question, i recently bought the alienware aw2721d on amazon and i dont know what the difference between the new one aw2723df is? what are the main differences? Was it a mistake to buy the 2721D ? I would appreciate an answer❤.
AW2723DF is a FreeSync monitor. yours is G-Sync.
Dammm wish your channel geta more views and subsicribes. Thanks for the info and great content.
the alien-ware is on sale now for 599 I was considering that one.
Is the motion clarity difference between BFI ON on the Benq and other 2 monitors noticeable when playing fast paced games or is it just noticeable in still frame by frame comparisons?
Oh it’s absolutely noticeable in any content, motion as a whole is smoother and clearer
@@TooMuchTech One more question, how does the mobiuz compare to the ULMB 2 enabled pg27aqn in terms of clarity?
The problem with the BenQ is that it’s up there pretty much with the ASUS 360hz monitor with regards to price. So then the question becomes which is better the ASUS 360hz or the BenQ and I suspect it will be the ASUS especially now they have ULMB 2 on the ASUS.
I’m a little confused about the color issues of the BenQ. Why is the Alienware better than the BenQ? Does the BenQ not look as good as the AW?
I wonder if the hdr on this is good with series x
Thumbs up and Subed
Currently I am using the Asus XG279Q. Want to upgrade to the Alienware but not sure. Did anyone use both irl before?
What games are being tested?
1:05 : 100kg is sufficient bro ? dont need 200kg to put pc on table ¿¿??
any idea sugestion plz ¿
I just got the Dell Aw2123DF for 223 on Amazon the other day. I can’t wait to see it the send it 😆 seems to good to be true. It also says it’s New.
Monitors that use an actual Nvidia G-Sync module actually decreases input lag. Only need to turn off G-Sync for less input lag if the monitor is 'G-Sync Compatible'.
I have the Alienware 2721D, it’s a gorgeous panel and I love and enjoy using it
Absolutely, definitely not worth upgrading, it’s very similar
@@TooMuchTech for sure my guy well said
@@TooMuchTech I’m thinking about getting a 4K panel for movies as a second monitor maybe one with 144HZ but I don’t really have that much desk space for it so currently looking for something special to come out first / let the tech catch up a little more before I make a decision.
100% not a bad idea at all! I think if you hold out till the end of the year, some one is going to drop a 27 or 32 inch 4K monitor for sure
Just sold my aw2721d yesterday after 1 year of owning it and im gettin the aw2723df being delievered tomorrow, hopefully im gonna be lucky with ips glow and backlight bleed and report here if it was worthy upgrade.
Dam, a non bloated screen review of decently priced 1440p monitors, finally. Thank you
You know it
@@TooMuchTech is there a 32” variant to this monitor!? The BenQ one?
@@highspeed_hula1938 yep. It’s 100 bucks more expensive tho
@@ayyublakhani2584 that’s fine by me. The 27” just isn’t doing it for me. The 100 bucks isn’t an issue for me.
@@highspeed_hula1938 yeah I feel u. I've just been kinda unsure of what size to pick. 27 is perfect for more competitive fps games but 32 is nice for single player games
I upgraded from the AW2721D to the AW2723DF and I can tell you I'm so glad I did. Firstly, there is no inverse ghosting when you set the response rate to super fast or extreme and secondly you can hit 280Hz on many games without issue. But the first reason is the most important. No ghosting at all! The only very minor downside is that it doesn't raise as high on the stand compared to the previous model.
Lol just get a mount love this monitor too
I have the AW2723DF but thinking of returning it and getting the AW2721D as open box for $120 less, what are your thoughts on both monitors compared?
Is the fan that's inside the AW2721D loud ?
I am getting 144hz with Hdmi Cable.. i cant get higher
Wich Cable are you using?
@@ElectricOG you need to use a displayport cable to get above 144hz
My one is coming tomorrow and I can’t wait, currently I’m on Alienware 1080p 240hz.
I bought the AW2723 ! For that Price with that specs definitiv my winner. Very fast, very Good colors and nice Overall Design ! Good for consoles too ! With Xbox downscaled 4K with the Concole Mode on the AW .
Nice! Yeah the Alienware with that extra 10% off discount they have is crazy
im gettin mine delivered tomorrow morning, where you lucky with the bottom left corner regarding ips glow/backlight bleed?
@@kostistsiutras4373 Little Little Bit Bleed on the Right side But its ok! Normal for most IPS Panel.
@@k3vking791 im praying to get lucku cause i sold my IMMACULATE no ips glow/no backlight bleed aw2721d to get the new one.
@@kostistsiutras4373 Dell Service is very Good. If your Panel have that Problem you Can get fast another one.
Speaking of monitor mounts, forgot to asked you. What's your monitor mount? I like that with the USB ports on it. Keep the videos coming!!!

What LED lights you have under your desk ? 😊
Wish i could afford that flexispot desk it looks soo good
Check out some deals they have! Sometimes the sales change, maybe just keep email notifications on until you find a good deal that works for you on one
@@TooMuchTech yea I’m already saving up for one :)
what r the game names at 6:26 n 8:30😳
I come back to this video and I can't make a decision 😂
Is that flexisport e7 frame really that good? I’m about to pull the trigger
It is! I have an 80 X 30 inch desk top on it with a ton of stuff, it is really good and I honestly don’t have any complaints. Not because the video is sponsored but seriously, I’ve been using their stuff for years. That’s why *I asked them* to sponsor some videos specifically lol
@@TooMuchTech is it stable when it is extended ?
which gives the fastest response time in COD out of these 3?
What u think about Oled monitors , about burning oled ?
I made a review of the LG recently and one of the Alienware monitors from last year actually, check them out for sure!
Hello, can anyone recommend the best monitor for this PC build: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI
ASUS GeForce ROG-STRIX-RTX 4070 Ti
Corsair Vengeance Black 32GB?
The Benq one is also more versatile since it has HDMI 2.1 for console compatibility right? My guess is it may run PS5 games at 1440p with higher frames in comparison to the ASUS/Dell one.
For 1440p, HDMI 2.0/2.1 will be the same on console, capping out at 120Hz/FPS
Actually HDMI 2.1 gives you no benefit over HDMI 2.0 when you hook up your console. This is because both Xbox and PS5 only supports up to 120Hz refresh rate. HDMI 2.0 can support QHD resolution up to 120Hz as well. So yes, HDMI 2.1 does have a much wider bandwidth but it doesn't necessarily give you any better when it comes to console attachment.
@@seajunkim7211that being said, would it be a good idea for me to get the aw27 Alienware monitor for my Ps5? I play alot of FPS games and looking for best performance monitor.
ya im stuck between the alienware and Benq as well . for ps5 and series x
Inmo the msi mpg 240 27in. Is the best
The Alienware AW2723DF is currently $550.... I have been playing on a AW2521HF so it was a no brainer. Stellar price for a great monitor. Just arrived yesterday and my RTX 4090 will be here today.
so how do you like it ? im on the same monitor as your old one and thinking of going 27"
@@WizardBalls29 did you buy it? im on same situation hahaha. how is it ?
answer his question plss
@@classicdufferin8739 i have it, its the best 1440p IPS monitor on the market, 100% recommend
What game is that with the sword you're playing?
Shadow warrior
What is that game @2:25
I play apex legends, and I’m now conflicted with this BENQ you’re showing or the 360hz 25 inch BENQ. I don’t care about quality just speed and best motion clarity. Is the tech used in this 27 inch BENQ going to have better motion clarity and smoothness, or the 360hz BENQ with DAYAC technology?
Help mee chooose plzzz
I’m running a 3080ti btw
I don’t have the 360hz BenQ in house yettt to test it, but if you want a real competitor to that one, consider the OLED 27” from LG as well, I did a review on it!
@@TooMuchTech how can you recommend the Lg oled ??? I returned it same day literally worst looking and darkest monitor Iv ever bought , they will discontinue this from everyone returning it , literally shocked how bad it looks
@@TheOneGhost12 did you turn off the power saving mode thats enabled ?
@@deegSZ yep , tried everything
@@TheOneGhost12 appreciate the response!
The Alienware wins just by having a clean design (almost no chin) that doesn't make me want to vomit, still want DELL to use their "UltraSharp" designs for their gaming monitors tho.
2:48 i've seen so many old monitors getting thrashed because of dead internal PSUs (my Uncle had a Tech Repair shop for monitors and TVs), not having an external power brick is a HUGE CON imo, once the monitor is out of warranty 5 years from now and the PSU dies is nice being able to just buy a compatible brick on Ebay for $30.
Im drawn between the BenQ and Alienware. I really csbt decide 😭 someone help
same here
did you finally end up getting one? which one, and how has it been
The only thing that should be said in the HDR section is that they aren't true HDR. Why are we still contributing to companies' misinformation? No local dimming zones means no high dynamic range, which means any HDR setting or advertisement is a gimmick and misleading. Be one of the channels that acknowledges this!
I get what you’re saying yeah. They basically just crank brightness and contrast and personally I never use it (as I’ve always said in previous videos) but at LEAST the BenQ has the best version of emulated HDR compared to the other two.
6:27 does anyone know what is this game called ?
Bright Memory: Infinite
Asus is using matte finish, while AW semi glossy right? Did you notice difference?
Between the three, coatings are pretty much irrelevant. None of them are significantly better or worse to hinder or improve the experience the panels them selves provide.
Make another comparison between 1440p 240 hz monitor... Like this😅
… these are probably as good as they get💀
What game is this at 6:27 ?
Destiny 2!
Bright Memory Infinite
Waiting Asus End Game
This video is incredible and I’ve watched it multiple times now. I’m finally upgrading my pc to run 1440p and needed a new monitor to go with it.
From one content creator to another, I want to thank you for the hard work and detail you put into this video. Thank you!
Oh and if you’re wondering I went with the ASUS PG279QM 🔥
Thank you! Nice!!
The backlight bleed on my Alienware is horrendous tho
Yeah. It’s horrible on pretty much any IPS monitor that does not have crazy good local dimming/mini LED tech
@@TooMuchTech I feel like backlight bleed is less of a problem with VA panels right ?
@@blastmoxyep but the trade off is more black level smearing, if going VA then it has to be a very good panel like the g7
@@Dew4lk that’s true
If price of Asus and Alienware would have the same price, what should i take then?
Asus I would say
@@TooMuchTech thank you very much
what game is that? the one with the samurai style.
Bright memory, might be bright memory infinite
If the BenQ was $100 cheaper I would consider it, at $800 I’d just go OLED
Having a little buyers remorse on asus. No PC software, subpixel fringing makes graphical work difficult, built in speakers are total ear rape.
First like❤
Ayeee
Alienware
Alienware ips glow ?
They all have IPS glow. None of them are Mini LED or OLED so it’s not really comparable 1 to 1 unless you have multiple samples of the same product unfortunately.
P.S. all IPS/TN glow looks bad, regardless of how minimal it is😬
Asus all day everyday
so we aint gonna talk about the elephant in the room being 280hz equals WAY LESS INPUT LAG, meaning if 2 people with same reflexes, same ping and same guns shoot each other at the very same time the one having maxed out monitor on higher Hz, therefore less input lag, will kill the other person 10/10 times.
Quite honestly between the three, they are all top tier and none of them feel faster than the other in use. And I promise you, unless you are Crimsix, 40hz is not going to win you a gunfight lol
What WILL win you a gun fight tho is increased CLARITY when you can see EXACTLY where your opponent is before he can see you 😉 pew pew
@@TooMuchTech aint talkin about 40hz winnin any fight. What Im talkin about is 2.2ms for your bullet to hit a head IS faster than 3.0ms
@@kostistsiutras4373 Dude 0.8 ms difference doesn't matter if you take 200ms to react and another 200 ms to move your crosshair
Who buys IPS when OLED and QD-OLED are just about to shine the brightest?
IMO these companies lack the vision, still betting on this older tech, anyone buying IPS at this point is too late or just comes from an absolute shit monitor.
Because Burn in. When you’re constantly playing a game with a hud you’re going to experience burn in a lot faster than you would on your TV watching shows and movies which is a turn off for a bunch of people
@@Tjay07 and price? Do we all have same salaries? lol
Yeah OLED is expensive with too many cons atm, I would rather buy a IPS/VA 1440p monitor around 500-650$ right now and wait for OLED monitors to mature. I don’t really want to babysit my monitor, and also not practical with OLED if you also work with static content.
Have you tried the LG 32GQ850-b it's a 32in 1440p 260hz monitor.
I have not, honestly at 32” I prefer 4k so just waiting for more of those to come out!
It looks like you're sitting to high when the clip of you showing yourself play on the Alienware monitor.
