Big middle and lower back pain + numb left foot. Doctors said it is multiple herniated disks, "don't do effort!!!" they said and "don't lift more than 1kg!!!". Basically sounds like: "go and vegetate untill you can't get your ass off bed" 🤔. Soft-ish qigong, as Shifu doesn't really agree with 😀 + the family workout = zero pain, perfect foot and young like posture ;) . I really recommend to everyone.
