    Followed you for a few years, always nice to have an extra perspective on hand. Opened my mind to the importance of breathing and stretching felt a lot more balanced since using these methods in all aspects of training and even life. Thank you, very blessed 🙌

    Qi gong is very essential to find the middel of yourself after a hard training saison. I could it just realize in the quarantine time and did endeavor how effective it is for the balance and the power of the breath. Thank you Shifu.🙏
