Hi! Sorry now lang uli ako nag-open ng notifs. Btw, Dipende sa height mo ito. Pwede mo i-check BMI mo online. Search mo lang ‘BMI Calculator’ para malaman if anong tamang weight sa height mo 😊 pero hindi lang BMI binabasehan lagi. If gusto mo talaga na accurate sa overall health, body structure and such mo, I suggest na sa nutritionist and dietician mag-consult. Hope this helps! 💜

Honestly, almost. Nung naging medyo obsess ako sa pagpapapayat, pero nabago din naman agad ganung mindset. Dahil din sa mga payo ng coach at mga babasahin about health. :))
