Diet is best way para pumayat, Shiela, 80-20 rule. Exercise is super important, however when it comes to weight loss, less ang effect nito kesa sa exercise. Nakalimutan mo na ata yung teaching sa Alin Ang Mas Effective- Diet O Exercise video😅

Mtulog ng 8hrs and mg mg excrse 2tines a week pg d kya araw arw yan gnwa. Mhirp sa una pero worth it now im only 48kg from 56kg in just 2mnths
Yes. Eat low carb, nutrient-dense meals. Samahan ng workout, tamang tulog and proper stress management. God bless you po.
