@@scarychewinggum I know lol.. I was making a joke. I completely know AND I respect it. A real chef knows there is NO end to learning different techniques and stuff
@@scarychewinggum technically the recipe that Frank has written is a well written full recipe on how to cook the dish, its just that Lorenzo and most people that never work in a professional kitchen before doesn't know how to read it
it goes from cooking order from the parts that takes the longest to cook to the shortest (potato > sauce > steak > veg), and each step of the cooking process from what ingredient to use first follow by the next
I love how frank memorizes all the ingredients while lorenzo's just like what is dis

Not really, he seems like a really cool guy but I can already see the dad jokes.

Lorenzo actually did very well for a home cook. He had a good sense of what compliments what even though he couldn’t describe it while doing so
Basically all home cooks. Knows how to cook well but bad at explaining.
Homecooks are having hard time to explain specially on recipes,lol...😂😂
Yes agree
@@aryabratsahoo7474 I do believe that’s the difference between home cooks and home “cooks” lmao, my buddy is a chef and he’d always hate my limited culinary vocabulary but always liked my food (though he was part québécois and Nova Scotian so of course there was alwaaays something to criticize😂)
This episode made me so happy! I love the chemistry between Frank and Lorenzo!

Yeah this proves that you don’t need to buy super expensive stuff. Cheap and simple can make deliciousness
@@rubyhillman1859 Quality of meat can make a difference too. It's the cumulative effect that really matters. If I'm a terrible cook but have an expensive piece of meat and I burn it....well it will taste better than a cheap piece of meat I burn. Not good. Just better.

Wasn't what we meant but this could be a great series too! :)
now if we can get them to fight each other...the floor is lava...
edit: or make love...
i love how eager lorenzo is to please frank haha. he acknowledges that frank has much more experience than him and doesn’t take offense to the fact that frank puts a twist on lorenzo’s recipe. on the flip side, frank respects lorenzo’s recipes and does his best with what he has. he affirms lorenzo’s feelings of nervousness by saying he feels nervous himself, even though he is a professional chef, and compliments lorenzo on different techniques he uses. small stuff like that makes me love this duo.
