I was the one with the KISS gold card that asked the question at the end. Gene was so nice. Shannon was with him. Paul chatted with Dr. Joyce Brothers. He did sign a picture for me but Gene had to get him to stop talking for a few seconds to do so.
@@gussygatlin3093 She got a great deal. Not many KISS fans can say they had a personal one on one conversation with Gene and Shannon. Also Paul and Dr Joyce were there as well.
It's nice to see Paul and Gene on a talk show, Paul is funny and a sweet man. They love their fans, and at least I got to see them in concert in the 90's. 🖤
I saw KISS twice in the 70's and once in the 80's. The last time with Ted Nugent. My ears still ring a little today when the room is quiet because of that show.😮
Seeing this and having read their books its kind of sad actually. They were always putting on an act to make the band seem bigger than life. Paul was not a happy person at this time. All they wanted to talk about was the number of woman they sleep with.... rather boring.
I saw them 5xs masked and unmasked plus I met them backstage on their Animalize tour in St Louis, Missouri and Eric Carr autographed his Drumsticks in front of me
Saw them on the Crazy Nights tour at the Norfolk Scope in VA. Then again in 1996 and 98 at MSG NYC. I saw Ace solo in 1990 and 1994. All great concerts ! Great times ! Kiss fan since 76 ! 🥁🤘🎸😝🔥🎸🎸

I love how paul shows his ears, it says a lot about his confidence. and i`m curious why gene showed up with tied hair and immediately took off a tie. was he uncomfortable?
as someone with long hair, tying up or down is usually something with temperature. or if you're worried that stage lights are going to be too hot, only to find that it was ok to have down the whole time. honestly, its usually just a subconscious thing
I never found Gene Simmons handsome, let alone attractive. In his own mind, but not in mine. Paul Stanley is a beautiful man. Sweet down to earth, not as egotistical.
Paul and Gene need all the girls because of their image. Then someone cited Paul: "if you're going to make it be successful you got to get rid of your women". Paul married four years after this TV show.
People can say what they will, but they're both very focused, hard working entrepreneurs who know how to have a good time when the day's done. They appear to take good care of their families, and their kids all seem pretty normal and happy, more so than how many celebrity children turn out.
@@AlaninbroomfieldFrehley says in his autobiography that Paul and Gene have always been antidrug guys. But also said that Gene had a real sex addiction.

Well, that all depends on how you count. With the solo albums, live albums and compilation albums it was 24 by that time. But if you only count the regular studio albums it was 14. But there is no way to make it 21 in 1988, no matter how you choose to count.
It was 21. 1 - KISS 2 - Hotter Than Hell 3 - Dressed To Kill 4 - Alive! 5 - Destroyer 6 - Rock And Roll Over 7 - Love Gun 8 - Alive 2 9 - Double Platinum 10 - 13 - Solo Albums 14 - Dynasty 15 - Unmasked 16 - The Elder 17 - Creatures Of The Night 18 - Lick It Up 19 - Animalize 20 - Asylum 21 - Crazy Nights
@@wonderhamskissvideos If you are counting Double Platinum it means you´re counting compilation albums, and in that case you are missing The Originals, The originals II, Killers and possible Smashes thrashes and hits depending on when the show was aired. That makes it either 24 or 25. And if you are not counting compilation albums its only 20.
The Originals 1 and 2 are never listed in official KISS discographies. They're not compilations, they just repackaged 3 other albums. Killers is not in official KISS discographies either, as it was never released in the US. Smashes was not out yet when this aired.
After watching this Paul and Gene remind me of the Beatles how they get girls surrounded by them especially when Ross asked the question have you been with these and she replies know you can't even get to their rooms you think that's bad you should see your dressing room as you can see that's why I think of Paul and Gene as the Beatles for those of you who don't know the Beatles had girls chasing them down the street that's my point to this😂
Both are correct, but decline of western civilization the metal years was a documentary that must have shared the right to that particular scene with KI$$ for their DVD Kiss Exposed!
As a fan of Kiss music, not so much of Gene Simmons. I have watched many of his interviews over the years. He is very self-centered, arrogant womanizer. Shannon Tweed who stayed with him for many years finally realized a leopard never changes his apots.
