I have no pain or stiffness. I like the sound and the explosive feeling.

This is exactly what I needed. How TH-cam knew this is a mystery but I will gladly look past it.

Wow, I feel you are talking about me! I used to adjust my neck once a week today I have to do it several times a day because the pain is killing me. I tried exercises but imo it is getting worse. Thanks for the tips, I'm going to see a physio right away

I am so used to cracking my neck that is so difficult for me to stop doing it because of the instant relief. I really hope I can adapt and stop doing it😥

You can do it, I am sure. All you need is a bit of willpower and the help of a physical therapist. I keep my fingers crossed for you!

My Atlas and Axis Dislocations were causing me to do that. Currently the System ignores Neck Dislocations and leaves everyone hung up like a Roping Steer.

Okay now how does someone does this on themselves then 😭

Unfortunately you will not do the therapy yourself. What you can do is try to limit neck cracking, but you need a physical therapist or chiro to get your hypomobile joints activated. At least that's what my practice shows.
