I cannot believe it! Tonight my headache over one eye was particularly bad and I was feeling a bit desperate. I had an inkling it might be something to do with tight shoulder and neck muscles, but this video practically read my mind, it just jumped into my youtube feed and I had not searched for anything to do with it. Miracle!! I tried the spoon technique and it was very effective, I carried on with shoulder and neck massages and I feel so much better. My headache is gone. I'm still struggling to fix my ongoing neck issues, but I've also found that press ups against a wall (hands at shoulder height, feet about 18 - 24 inches away from wall, squeezing shoulder blades together as I sink upper body towards the wall) really helps when it starts to affect the back of my skull. For anyone who might also benefit.

Wow. I want to say a heartfelt thank you for your video. I am a 49 year old woman who has had headaches on and off for decades. I had such a terrible headache that lasted 2 days that my migraine medication wasn’t able to soothe. I called out of work and was left to be in my bedroom with a bag of ice on my head praying for the pain and nausea to subside. I came across your video and grabbed my medal spoon praying for some relief. This exercise isn’t for the faint of heart as the edge of the spoon was catching so many adhesions it felt so bumpy. I used pretty good force and took my time. I actually cried when I was done as the pain went from an 8 to a 2! I do have little red dots from blood coming to the surface all over my neck but I don’t care as the technique worked. I then used the stretching video a bit later and was able to get a better range of motion. I am going back to work today. THANK YOU.
