The Recipe that I used in this video makes 8 pieces of meat pie (you can divide or multiply to work around the number of meat pies you want to make)
~Dough
300g of Flour
150g of frozen margarine (unsalted)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
1/4 cup of chilled water
~Filling
2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 medium size carrot
1 small size Irish potato
250g cut-out beef
1 medium size onion
Thyme, Curry powder, Salt and Seasoning powder (to taste)
Binding agent or thickener
1 tablespoon of flour + 1 tablespoon of water

What if I don't have oven, can I use oil to fry?
Yes, you can fry it!
or you bake with your pot (add salt to the pot or put a stand before you place meat pies on greased tray into the pot) then cover and allow to bake on low to medium heat
I broke rule no 1. I kneaded the dough. And now my dough is so stretchy. Like im making donut. Smh.

What will happen if you knead the dough?
The pie skin would come out tough and not flaky.
Meat pie dough does not require any kneading.
Why is my meat pie dry up
The temperature of the oven most likely is too high.
Its better you bake at a lower temperature for a longer time
No flour or butter measurements
