Try adding tiny bit of each in your beef chicken especially chicken out of this world kind🤞🏽🤞🏽 I prefer also to blend/have mix of both for perfect balance. Someone I know who vowed not to has started eating it enjoying it in almost all😂😂😁 She even claimed it gives her migraine then. She ok etc. All the best

No, the potato and carrots should stay moist and tender inside the pie. When you place the pie in the oven you are only baking the pastry until golden, this will not affect the filling of the pie.

Hi, my apology for replying late. I believe one of the major secret to a flaky pie is having all your ingredients chilled. Especially the butter... and that's why it is recommended to chill and rest the pastry dough in the refrigerator for about an hour or overnight if u have the time.. it firms up the fat in the dough and gives the gluten strands in the dough time to relax, both of which would improve the end result. If u haven't got freezer, just use the refrigerator. I use freezer just to speed up the time. Thanks you

To be completely honest I have never made that many pies at one time, it's difficult for me to advise to correctly on this. I guess you could try multiplying the ingredients by 10, but I couldn't say for sure if that will work.
Hi, I apologise for the late reply, I haven't tried using yeast as a substitute for baking powder eventhough they are both leavening agents using yeast might change the taste also texture of the pastry.

For the minced beef, you can get that from any supermarket that sells food stuff, I believe otherwise, do what I do sometimes, I use what ever beef/chicken I have at home and just chop it up with either knife or food processor, it's the same.
