My dear, when you keep the pie in a bowl. They will stick together when frozen. So you have to freeze them on a tray for atleast an hour and half before putting it in the bowl to freeze for a month. Just a suggestion

Whe the butter is a lot, that is what makes it flaky but the eggs adds extra richness,makes it soft . when the pie is old, when you microwave , it taste good like how it was on the first day, because of the eggs. Thank you so much.❤️❤️❤️❤️
