  • Most of us cannot handle emotions well because we view them as a burden and were not taught the right approach to process them. In this video, I show how emotions are here to help us through an evolutionary lens, before showing how we can USE and control emotions successfully for our own benefit. This 3 step approach will help you not just control, but also process emotions (drawing from psychology, Stoicism and Buddhism) and is a LIFE CHANGER. Happy emoting!
