It's not just that Kyle does a 600km ride. But he also has a real hard daily job working construction. Bicycling is the easy part lol. Congratulations on your huge Audax Kyle
I hate that some idiots would even dare to question what you eat and your shape etc Kyle, you are a top lad, and anyone who has never done a job that involves grafting wouldn’t have a clue at what it takes out of you and therefore what you need to put back in! Cycling is a very negative sport when it comes to fat shaming etc, I have directly complained to cycling clothing companies about their sizing and the impact that it has on peoples psyche. how can it be that what they call a XL would be a medium in any other clothing ! Keep it up as a linicolnshire lad thanks for ‘taking me home’ 👍👏👏👏👏👏
Well done Kyle for smashing out your 600km ride. Just ignore the unwarranted comments. After that ride you need a big refuel, so enjoy your post ride food. Amy, good job supporting Kyle could see he found it mentally tough.
Incredible average by Kyle and deep respect. Oftentimes, e.g. at PBP, it looked like Kyle hid his own pain and exhaustion to give Amy strength. Good to see the unfiltered effort going into such a long and hilly (!) audax. And to all the muppets Kyle mentioned at the end. Ride 600k in 2 days and don't come back commenting before you do.
No matter what you do there are always gonna be critics/hypocrites. At the end of the day the only thing that matters is the fact that you accomplished what you set out to do. Kyle can take great pride in his accomplishment.
Blooming heck! I’m so inspired by Amy and Kyle that I’m now doing 100 maloneys every weekend. I love you two. My cob-loins are knick-knacked, but I’m feeling good because I had a chai latte. If only I could find a place that serves beans on toast here in New York. My ride included 1 top of the hill dance after a burner that was a beast, and 3 yippies during a freewheeler. We have no sheep or cows where I live, but I did yell out “hi ladies” to a group of squirrels. You two have put the fun back into cycling.
Ahh this is great to hear!! Massive well done on those milones, ohhh chai latte and squirrels sounds like a ride I’d like to join 😍😍 keep enjoying those rides and yipeeeing!
Kyle lad, I've heard you mention knee pain a few times on these vids. There's another comment on here about raising your saddle and increasing your cadence. Yes to both, but you really should consider shorter cranks, too. I strongly recommend you consider swapping to 165mm cranks to protect your knees. I suffered with sore knees for years on 170s, but pain disappeared when I swapped to 165s and smaller rings. Phil Burt, a familiar name to anyone who also subscribes to Katie K's channel, is a great advocate of reducing crank length, and if I were you I would give it serious consideration. Don’t suffer when there's such a simple solution out there.
Kyle's grit and Amy's unwavering support is such an inspiring dynamic. Astounded people would comment on Kyle's weight. He looks very fit to me. (Not in that way. Alright, maybe a bit.)
So impressed Kyle and Amy but especially Kyle today, what an effort, take those nasty comments with the disdain they deserve, there's always someone ready to put you down, rise above it xxxxx
Well done Kyle 👊 great to see you being supported by Pinarello aswell, keep up the good work both of you, ignore the sour comments, remember the reason we all ride, to enjoy ourselves 🙌
Q factor makes such a difference to my knees . Moved cleats to max width and all my pain went away, had no issue or discomfort on the dragon gran fondo even though the weeks leading upto I was getting worried I would not make it due to sore swollen knees.
Kyle don't take it to heart these comments you are fine anyone who can cycle over 200 is fit healthy and our bodies come in many sizes and ppl are so jealous and mean ,ppl see only what they want , never the hard work I came across your site and I really like its content as a 60 year old cyclist I've been cycling all my life and love my bike and you both have nice rides and seem to have a good marriage too so mate you won the lottery so just think about that when you read them negative reviews and thanks for the videos
Hi Kyle, great video, well done!! Can I ask you or Amy (or any of the commenters), I've never done an Audax, I'm in Belper, Derbyshire (so close to your area), would you recommend any particular Audax's? And also, what do you find the benefit of an Audax is over riding the same distance Solo? Is it for a points/medal system? Just seen the end of the video Kyle, and it's uncalled for when people mention weight/personal details. Most people wouldn't be able to do close to the amount of riding you do so I'm glad you don't let it bother you. Keep on riding and be happy!
Well done both. Kyle I'm a little bigger than I used to be good to see bad comments don't bother you. I struggle with my head a bit aswell and you two lift my mood keep enjoying what you do👏
Well done kyle that was a amazing achievement you should be so proud of yourself 💪🏻💪🏻And Amy keep pushing on loved watching 🚴🚴can’t wait for your next adventure together 👍pizza and beer well deserved 👏🏻
Well done Kyle, fantastic! Quite rightly you should ignore the jealous negativity. Both of you are inspirational for multiple reasons. Thank you so much for sharing your cycling/glimpse into your journey.
You don't need a special tracker. Both wahoo and Garmin bike computers, give you a "live track" feature. The Wahoo one I use automatically sends a link to a set of emails you add whenever you start a ride. The link lets people track you as ride. Not sure how the Garmin version works, but they say they have LiveTrack.
Well done Kyle! Good support crew Amy. What a team! The great thing about cycling is the eating involved. Fill your boots Kyle and ignore the critics 🍕🍕
Thanks for another great vid, Amy. The audax ones are my absolute fave. Stunning effort from Kyle - chapeau! I wonder if the folk hating on Kyle's physique can lay bricks all week, and smash out 600km on his days off? Body of a hero 🤜
Well done Kyle. Seriously impressive doing 400km solo before the calendar event. I doubt that many of the troll posters have a PBP, SR etc. in their list of achievements.
Hi Amy could you please do a video on Audax as I would like to do some but dont understand it, thanks and well done Kyle what a great achievement, top bloke
Kyle is a young man that has a manual job and has an active lifestyle. He has vastly improved on the bike, forget the silly comments about eating, keep fuelling the rides Kyle. Well done.
I've noticed when you two are transporting your bikes, and now that you both have "new" Pinarello bicycles, wouldn't it be prudent to invest in a hitch for your vehicle and a platform style hitch rack for the bikes? Kuat/Thule/Yakima/etc......come to mind.
It's not just that Kyle does a 600km ride. But he also has a real hard daily job working construction.
Bicycling is the easy part lol. Congratulations on your huge Audax Kyle
This is it. I do something similar & couldn't imagine doing anywhere near what Kyle's managing. The man's a machine! Superb effort.
I didn't realise he worked a physically hard job - double kudos to him.
Thanks! Yes I don’t know how he does it!
I hate that some idiots would even dare to question what you eat and your shape etc Kyle, you are a top lad, and anyone who has never done a job that involves grafting wouldn’t have a clue at what it takes out of you and therefore what you need to put back in! Thank you!! Yes there’s so much of it in sports!
Well done Kyle! Such an achievement. Love how you two support each other ❤ Also… Louder for the people at the back… “NO RESTRICTION HERE!” 👏👏👏
Thanks so much 🫶
Well done Kyle for smashing out your 600km ride. Just ignore the unwarranted comments. After that ride you need a big refuel, so enjoy your post ride food.
Amy, good job supporting Kyle could see he found it mentally tough.
Thanks so much! Yes no restriction here 🙌🙌
Kyle for President
I support this message

Thank you so much ☺️🤍
I haven't seen a cornflake slice since i lived in Leicester, 25 years ago! YUM! And very well done Kyle.
Another awesome ride. Well done Kyle, amazing.
Blooming heck! I’m so inspired by Amy and Kyle that I’m now doing 100 maloneys every weekend. I love you two. My cob-loins are knick-knacked, but I’m feeling good because I had a chai latte. Kyle regarding your knees, the rule of thumb is 1/ raise your saddle to take the liad off your knees
2/ Increase your cadence ie: go down a gear....
Great effort. So Kyle rides 600kms on the weekend and will then lay bricks all week. Absolute legend in my book.
Thanks!!
Well done Kyle, amazing couple of days 👍
Great work Kyle and Amy , ignore the haters Kyle and do and eat what you want fella 👍
Thank you!

Amazing effort Kyle (and Amy)!
