Ok; the distances you are covering are impressive however how about a change of pace by doing some good old fashioned bike packing/touring as well. Selfishly I would love to see you both doing a few eurovelo rides in the UK and france etc. Their is something very pure in camping and travelling with your whole like in a few pannier bags. Now back to watching your latest exploit😊

Amy. As a fellow anxious person and fixie-avoider, I really hope you might have another go at the velodrome in 2025! I too am all about a long lovely scenic day touring, and would choose a massive audax every time, but there's also something really powerful about just flat out gunning it on a velodrome. If you let yourself just fully go for it, your strength and momentum will take you up those boards before you realize and it's exhilarating. If you can climb multiple Alps in a day you can definitely do this!

Great ride team. You should have said that you was going to stop off in Preston I only live a mile or so from the town centre. I could pointed you in the direction of some great cafe's.

Hi Amy this is the first time I've watched one of your videos but really like your down to earth approach and especially the mental health tips. I have struggled myself and your tips have been quite useful. I'm guessing you doing these vlogs actually helps you too so keep up the good work. I run a small gravel club in east yorks not that far from you so maybe some day we could do a club invitational rides.

15:50 There’s a great cycle path just to the west of you there. Shame you missed it, views to die for and properly surfaced too. Your hotels certainly better than Killin SYHA where we stayed in the 80s. Basic sums it up 😎

Kylo switch from cow's milk to goat's milk, you can buy it in every British supermarket, CoOp, TESCO, ASDA, etc. It is very easy on digestion system, and much, much better taste ; )

Be careful of baked beans. I ended up in A&E after not allowing time to digest them! I don't risk eating them at all now, which is a shame because they were one of my favourites.

Saw you got about around Pitlochry & surrounding. I remember spending school hols in Tummel Valley & we'd go exploring around the whole area. Fantastic places around there.
